I’d leave 0 stars if I could .. came to this Boynton location to return 2 things that didn’t fit .. stand in line for 10 min because the one manager had to clean up and go home she only had 20 min left on her shift she called for back up cashier comes and says I have to have the debit card it was paid for with(my husbands ) but it debited out of our bank account I have the receipt why can’t you give me cash she says I can’t ok fine I go home wait for my husband we go back now it’s 7:00 as I walk through the door the manger says we’re closed I said I have a return and people are still shopping she said I can’t do the return but the register was not closed people were in line and shopping still I had my husband check his phone after we argued back and forth it was 7:01 so l made it on time before they closed she just didn’t want to have to do a refund I’ll get my $ back now and never shop here again manager was a Spanish girl...
Read moreI have used this location many years, but this was my last time I ever shopped there. As I walked in nobody said a word because they were so busy talking and laughing. I had to go to them and wait each time until they were finished with their story so that I can ask my question. There wasn’t any one on a floor actually working. I had plan on doing my Christmas and birthday shopping that night and must had $500.00 dollars worth of items and anyone that shops at VS/PINK know that it’s very easy to spend that much in a one trip. Specially when you have teenagers. I put it back and kept $64.00 worth, because at that point I just wanted to get out. My last straw was when I was checking out I asked small box and she never responded, but took something and put it in my bag. Read moreI returned 2 items in store months ago, the store had to send them in as they couldn’t be returned in store apparently. Upon purchasing I must have entered the wrong email address as I never got the receipt/ confirmation in my email. When I received them they didn’t fit so I needed to return/ exchange so I went into the store to see if they could help. They said they couldn’t be returned in store and they had to process a return and send them in from the store. I still have the reciepts they gave me that show they were returned here. I have not gotten my refund or anything. I contacted customer support numerous times and they keep telling me that I need to talk to the store and they can’t do anything about it I have called the store twice and they told me that they also can’t do anything about it. So who do I talk to to get my money back??? This store literally scammed me...
