Both Evan and Julie treated me like I was family and displayed a vast amount of knowledge. Julie helped me pick out the engagement ring. I described what I was looking for and she was able to recommend what I thought was the best choice on her first try (first recommendation). I looked at the rest of the selection and still decided her initial recommendation was best suited for what I wanted.

Evan did an incredible job creating the ring and ensuring the process was as simple and easy as it possibly could be. His knowledge is immense, as is his ability to provide exceptional customer service. Evan created the ring to perfectly fit the diamond I had provided.

The prices were more than reasonable given the exceptional quality of all the rings and gemstones. The customer service was exceptional as well. If you’re coming from out of state/town, don’t let the appearance of Brattleboro fool you into thinking this couldn’t possibly be an exceptional jewelry store. Evan was very friendly when we visited the first time. He was very enthusiastic about restoring my Mom's engagement ring, which I had to have cut off my finger.
