Party of 3, Sunday night, we had a couple appetizers, roasted beet salad and a fried battered item (veggies?), both quite tasty. Dylan was our server, and very keen - must be a seasoned server as he never wrote anything down, memorizing the order to go with the person. Wow! Main dishes were personal white pizza, which was requested with light cheese; steak bomb sandwich with regular fries; and grilled cheese with sweet potato fries. One drink was ordered, the Godiva chocolate dessert drink, which arrived with canned whipped cream. The white pizza was tasty though had the usual too much cheese. Nicely presented. The bomb sandwich was just a tad too spicy and a challenge to finish, though had really good flavor. Too much fries. The grilled cheese was too bready and low on cheese, and the sweet potato fries were awesome. Fries arrived with a mini compostable cup of ketchup, without having asked for it. Sweet potato fries and ketchup is weird, so I don't know why the ketchup, usually a honey-mustard dipping sauce with those. And after dinner I asked for a single shot of espresso, which came with a lemon peel twist. Thumbs up. Dylan was very attentive, though had too many tables by the time we wanted to leave, and the wait for the bill was a bit too long. Could do without the giant flat screen with sports over the bar, especially if you are playing mood music. That part was kind of like they are trying to do too many things to distract people from the food. Overall, 4 stars for presentation, sides, excellent table service and timing. I would recommend echo as a good choice of upscale pub food. To echo management: you need to look at the negative comments in reviews and get back to people. The kitchen needs to step it up with timing, or you need to limit how many people come in the door. Your food delivery is slow, and people are saying that and you aren't changing anything. Speed up the delivery, offer customers free snacks while they wait so long, and be more attentive. Please take customer feedback seriously.

Read moreUPDATE. Returned with my spouse still had a little trouble getting table but finally after questioning we did get a nice table where we requested. Upon expressing my concerns about previous visit the food was definitely on par. Thank you
Let me preface this by saying if you are not a local please consider carefully before you go. I arrived at 7:25 was told no tables were available although I saw three empty tables and was asked to wait in an area next to the bar and have a cocktail, accompanied with a bottle of pellagrino and a bit of noche (cauliflower bites heavily breaded and slightly oily) which I did. After waiting 40 minutes and seeing multiple people sat in front of me while there are still empty tables I told the staff that if I could not get a table I was going to be leaving miraculously a table became available. I then proceeded the order of the beet and apple salad which was absolutely delicious and the best thing I had with the exception of the bottle of wine(Coates de Rhone). For my entree I ordered the chicken and bacon alfredo with a substitution of the zoodles which were not drained properly and made the sauce extremely watery at which time I ordered some garlic bread which was a lovely toasted brioche. While trying to enjoy my meal which I feel I was rushed to complete I ordered the flourless chocolate torte to go. I'm here for work and will be here for a few monthsif you do not want my business there is no need to give me a shoulder brush off please make that clear in the beginning and I will go...
Read moreOur waiter was the only thing that made sure we were taken care of but the host was behaving like he was in a rush and sat us without silverware or the complete menu for drinks and dinner so we were clueless and surprised. The way some of the waiters were walking in a rush without watching out for customers and bumping my husband while he was trying to take his coat off was not something that I was okay with witnessing and they need to be careful with their surroundings regardless if they're in a hurry. I ordered the ribeye steak which was okay because it was served medium well when I asked for medium, but what bothered me was the way they served the Meatball hero, the toast was burnt, cut up the meatballs instead of leaving them as meatballs, left the sandwhich open with the marinara sauce on the side, and even though we both were disappointment with the presentation we didnt want to stress the waiter for the kitchens mess up and just carried on with what we received. We were both very disappointed by how the food came out, how long it took to bring our food, and felt that there was no passion nor care on the food that was made. I was hoping to take my husband and I out somewhere nice for our first date night of this year as newlyweds but I'm afraid I will have to take our date nights...
