Good variety of products, Bad costs.

The Burrows Specialized Sports shop is located in busy downtown Vermont. For a small business, it has a good variety of products with a friendly staff that are helpful.

However in saying that, since it is a small business and one of the only quality stores in the area to find sporting goods, they set their services at a high price.

When looking for something as basic as a bicycle mirror I found that Burrows will "Jack Up" the price by as much as 20 or more dollars. Even something as simple as goggles or gloves. I was able to find them at Walmart or Amazon for much cheaper. It goes the same for bigger products such as bicycles when compared to the manufactures site.

There are others that have expressed the same sediment also saying, "They love the guy but...."

If you need something quick and on hand then this place will help. They provide good services such as ski fittings, tuning, some repairs to bicycles, etc. However shop smart and do research when it comes to prices.

Great place to buy a bike, friendly helpful especially when I was having knee issues and was looking for a therapy bike. I have been with Burrow’s sports for 2 years now. They will go out of their way to help and make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you get a repair and their was a bug in the repair, they will fix it it because when fixing rims and adjusting they know alignment may slip or some tricky repairs may slip, take it back let them know their great about making it right.
