Al was SO helpful and kind when my husband and I went there to pick out our wedding bands back in late September 2022. We explained to him we were getting married 10/22/2022 and didn't want to pay retail prices.

First, I went in thinking I wanted some certain band and Al showed me something even better. He found a band that had diamonds that matched the diamonds on the side of my engagement ring because I said I would wear both after we were married. It matches so perfectly AND he gave us the best price possible. He had a size smaller and when I told him I need it bigger, he has absolutely no problem adjusting the ring!

Now my husband, he needed a custom ring made because what he wanted, Al explained it wouldn't be able to get stretched. My husband is also 6"7 and his ring size is 16. So my husband showed him a picture of this tire ring he loved (he's a car guy). The original picture had a tarnished tire ring with blue. The blue was a must for my husband along with the tire look and Al suggested putting blue sapphire going three quarters around the ring. Al took his time and created a custom ring that my husband was blown away by. He absolutely loves it and showed all his gear head friends that were amazed how cool it looked.

I highly recommend visiting Archie and Son because Al's customer service, genuine kindness, and his ability to make sure we received exactly what we wanted are unmatched. My husband and I will be going to him with all of our jewelry purchases in the future. He charges way less than retailers and he definitely paid attention to every detail. I cannot recommend Archie’s and Son enough! Al truly provided a gem of an experience. My fiancé lost her engagement ring several months ago, and we ordered a new stone and ring separately online, which were finally delivered on July 2nd. Needing a jeweler to set the stone, I called Al, hoping for a miracle with our anniversary on the 4th fast approaching.

Al was a diamond in the rough! Despite our last-minute request, he told me to come in and assured me he would take care of everything. Even when I arrived three hours late to our agreed time, they greeted me with smiles, promising to get the job done.

To my amazement, Al set the stone on the spot, and the result was flawless. The ring sparkled brighter than ever, and we were able to take those precious anniversary photos just in time.

The prices at Archie’s and Son are more than fair. In fact, I was so impressed with Al’s work and dedication that I insisted on paying him twice what he was asking. However, he graciously declined, which is a true testament to his character and the way they do business.

Archie's and Son Jewelry and Repairs is very friendly and welcoming. When I originally called they were very helpful and explained their process and to come in any time. I went in later that day with broken clasp on my necklace, which they were able to fix right there. Not only did they fix my necklace, bu they polished it as well, and it looks better than it ever has. I will be going back to this business for any of my future jewelry repairs.

Update: I went back to Archie's and Son Jewelry and Repairs again today with another necklace that is broken and needed some help, as it was to challenging for myself to fix. They fixed my necklace very quickly and even polished my necklace as well. The employee that fixed my necklace was very kind and remembered when I came in a couple months ago and was very helpful.
