A week ago, I went to OMG furniture store. I paid in full for a love seat. The lady, named Bry, sabrina, was very nice, very talkative, but did not give me what I wanted. They brought me the wrong color. I didn't want a dark grayish black. I wanted a tan or beige. The delivery guys were young and friendly. They agreed that the color was not a toupe color as the lady told me it would be. They agreed that it did not match my living room. After talking to Bry on the phone, she told me that she would have to talk to the guy at the warehouse. Back and forth with phone calls and text messages left me doubting her honesty, but only God knows her heart. To me, a toupe color is a light beige. Bry agreed to work it out with me. She told me that I could have a sofa for just 100 dollars more. I don't have 100 dollars more. She agreed to put in 50 dollars and I put in 50 dollars, so I trusted her. In the end, it was agreed by her and the delivery drivers that a sofa would not fit in my house. I have a small house. She said that the man at the warehouse told her to show me other couches, so she texted to me the couches. I agreed on a color of a love seat that I wanted. The color is supposed to be tan or beige. I'm fine with tan or beige because those are light colors that I had told her that I wanted in the first place. Now, she still wants 50 dollars from me! Why? The 50 dollars was supposed to be towards a couch, but I already paid for a love seat, and they are supposed to bring me a love seat not a couch on September 24th 2024. I don't believe that I should have to pay 50 more dollars for a love seat when the agreement was an extra 50 on my part for a couch. I am not getting a couch. I do not want a couch. I cannot afford a couch, and I told her many times. She is supposed to give me a receipt when I go up there, but everyone is telling me that she is cheating me by charging me 50 dollars more when I already paid for the love seat. I feel very upset now. Let's see if they deliver my love seat as planned. Bry appears to be a nice person, but I will know for sure when I get my love seat that is already paid for.    Read moreIf I could give negative 10 stars I would. Our first problem was they forgot the legs for our table and told us that we had to wait to receive them. I took it upon myself to get the legs myself and went to the location they told me to and when I got there I had to follow their worker to their warehouse in order to receive the legs for our table-which is alright but also unprofessional. While on the phone with Sabrina she promised us a rug and picture that we never received. Our next problem is with Koalafi-which is the loan company they use-Sabrina told us she would make the payments align with our pay day, which did not happen. I got through to Koalafi and was told that I had to contact my bank in order to stop the payments and switch it to align with payday. In speaking to Chase they confirmed they would not take any money out until the confirmed date and they would stop any payment from Koalafi for $245. The following Tuesday we had $304.49 taken out of our account from Koalafi through our debit card instead of our bank account so it would not be flagged by Chase. Our problem currently is not solved. Koalafi does not want to take accountability for what happened. I would never recommend OMG Furniture, 5 Star furniture, 7 star furniture or any other furniture place falls under the umbrella.
This company & their loan company are up to something grimy. If they do this to us I can't imagine what else they get away with.
I would like to also point out that our furniture did come with knicks and cracks but I foolishly let it go because of the quality of furniture. Once again I would NEVER recommend this...

We opted to not have it delivered and agreed to pay $75 so we could go and pick it up. A few days later we decided to purchase from somewhere else so we canceled this order...or at least we thought that's what happened when we called. Someone had marked in their computer that the merchandise was delivered to us. After many calls back and forth between Acima and OMG, it still was not been handled. Sabrina and Sam, who works in the store plays like they don't remember anything, they don't do what they say, they try to hold on to whatever money they can by telling you that there is still a portion u have to pay because of restocking. They were never supposed to deliver it in the first place and they would not have taken out of stock until we paid the $75 before picking it up. They tried to give us the runaround until we threatened to have an attorney contact them to sue their pants off. Sam claim we were threatening him so he called the police, which we are fine with. Either take the police or an attorney with you to the store if u plan to purchase. Otherwise they will go out of their way to rip you off and act like you never came into their store. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!...
