Panda Express — Restaurant in Bremen Township

I ordered food, then was told after I paid for the food with Yadhira that one of the items I ordered was a 3 min wait. I explained to them that I didn't have time to wait and just wanted a refund since it was an option I was told that the girl was going to get her manager. Manager named Karina comes to the window and tells me that she doesn't want to do the refund because by the time she completed the refund my food would be ready. I explained to her that again i didn't have time because I had to be at work and asked her to just cancel the entire order, so then she said she had to talk to her manager. Karina comes back 7 minutes later with the food I no longer wanted trying to make me take it, claiming that her manager told her I couldn't have a refund, yet this person was not in the store. As I was leaving I heard Yadhira reading my work jacket as if she planned on coming up there to fight. I hadn't come to this store in a month because my last 2 visits were trash and I only went in because they were the healthier option. First time they intentionally gave me selzer Dr. Pepper, the time after they ran out of straws and gave me a paper straw for my large drink, now this. I went just went there I always always always order a plate with chow mein and Beijing beef with some chicken and I always have an entree code for a free survey with the order from the previous receipt, this time I went inside there and there was this guy who I’ve never seen before he’s skinny and short guessing he’s Mexican, and he told me I can’t get that he’ll have to charge me extra $1.25 but I told him I always get it and he kept giving me an attitude like he was slow so I said it’s ok don’t worry abt it. And I ordered orange chicken with chow mein and Beijing beef, the orange chicken tasted so nasty omg I almost wanted to throw up it’s not even funny how horrible it tasted and it usually never tastes like this. On top of the horrible service. Panda Express needs to teach these employees what good customer service is especially for someone who’s been coming here for years. Won’t be coming here again. Another good restaurant ruined by horrible service and some nasty food. Sad and unfortunate. I wish I could give this no stars at all! Went to Crestwood location and the young lady who was hardly like running the drive through was RUDE to say the least. After feeling like we argued to get our order in, we finally got through it. IF YIU READ THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS there are complaints about the girl in the drive through CLEARLY!!! After we get our food we get home and not only is the pop with no ice flat but also, my friend finds a huge pieces of plastic cooked in with her chow mein. I called and the “person” in charge said they were sorry and to come get another one. I was home and settled and do not want another one. Somehow this person guesses that the plastic Was in the chow mein as if this is a very normal reoccurrence. After I told him I don’t want to come back they just said come back anytime with your receipt and we will give you free food they didn’t take my name phone number or nothing.
