I just had absolutely the worst possible experience with these guys. This is going to be a long message so prepare yourselves. Usually I don’t even take the time to do these, but the service and accurateness of the order was so terrible where I don’t have any other choice. Firstly, what is the purpose of you having a call center for the orders and I can’t even order simple things whether it’s online or through customer service like Italian cheese bread with pepperoni on top I can only order Italian cheese bread. So I sit here and wait on hold after they transfer me to the store for 20 minutes I was literally still driving to the restaurant. I get there and to my surprise the store is completely empty other than the restaurant workers so it’s not like they were busy or anything. The phone was still ringing when I arrived. I asked the cashier why no one is answering the phone all he tell me is that no one ever answers the phone And didn’t know if he should answer it or not. my order was for some Italian cheese bread with pepperoni on top. After a 10 minute wait I received my order but it didn’t have the pepperonis so I had to place it all over again. This time I had to wait 20 minutes do you think I got the correct order? no. I received two pepperoni pizzas. I already drove 40 minutes just to get here and to have my order wrong twice. It’s so irritating. I didn’t even have the energy to tell him it was wrong once again all I could do was leave and tell my wife and kids Why I brought home the wrong order instead of the one thing that we even like at your restaurant. So many things went wrong on this visit for starters no one in the back uses gloves. It is truly disgusting. Everyone has earphones in their ear, which probably does not help with giving customers the right order. I lost 70 minutes of my personal time because of the restaurant’s incompetence. Read moreI placed an order 4 days ago for delivery for my son's birthday party. Confirmation email recieved and charged for the order. I recieve a phone call from the delivery driver who tells me that this location is awful (his words) and they are not making door dash orders. I ordered through the little ceasar website so who little ceasars chooses for the delivery service is on them. But here's my problem- First I call the restaurant to see if there is a problem and maybe i just need to pick up the pizzas. Maybe the door dash driver was impatient. I'll never know because the store never answered. I call the customer service number from the confirmation email who informs me that my order has been cancelled and I will recieve a full refund. Yeah- obviously - you are not making nor delivering my food I would expect nothing less. But that's not customer service or what I wanted. I wanted the 7 pizzas and 6 2 liters I ordered for the people now at the party. Now I'm scrambling to find a more reliable pizza place to make 7 pizzas and get drinks for a party last minute that I had already made prior arrangements for. So when I call customer service, what actual part of just refunding my order is customer service??? Who is held responsible for a pizza place that doesn't make pizzas placed through the company website? I don't want coupons or apologies. I want to know what kind of leadership allows a place to operate or better said - not operate in this manner. Your general manager and area manager should be ashamed of this location. Crestwood should be ashamed of this location. Just shut your doors and go get jobs...
Read morePLEASE READ !!!!! i know everyone reads this all the time but if i could rate this less than one star i would. for starters the service was just absolutely terrible went in to order and a worker came up i said hello and he looked at me then proceeded to walk back to the back then i had to wait another 5 minutes for a new worker to come. i ordered a pepperoni pizza and the butter garlic bread stick things and was told it’d be a ten minutes for wait so off the bat their pizza want “hot and ready” but i figured okay 10 minutes to cook the pizza right? nope we walked back in and there was someone else in there with us and it took ANOTHER 5 minutes for someone to come and give us our food when there’s literally multiple people back there.i didn’t even really care abt the crappy service until i saw the pizza i was given was legit not even cooked and the dough was stretched so thin that if i picked up a slice it would just fit itself in half and fall. so obviously i figured i’d call them and get something worked out since i had spent my money on dinner that i couldn’t even eat and when i called twice there was NO answer just 5 minutes of being on hold each call till i just gave up and hung up so i had my boyfriend call who ALSO got put on hold for another 5 minutes. this is ridiculous!!! anybody who’s ever worked in food service knows that if you here rhe phone ring you pick it up. this isn’t even just “bad management” as most the reviews say it’s just straight up lazy please if you wanna have good food and feel like you used your money we’ll go to a different...
