I order extra sauce for both the Penne Rosa and Tortelloni Peso respectively. I was extremely disappointed to find that both containers had less than 2 tablespoons of sauce. For $1.25/container I expected the extra sauce to cover at least half of my pasta dish – so you can imagine my surprise when there was barely enough to scrape out for 5 noodles. To make matters worse, my actual dish lacked any sauce completely. The Penne noodles were bare, with minimal signs of sauce in the dish. There was also only 1 mushroom and 1 leaf of spinach. It’s almost as if the plain boiled noodles were packaged with parmesean crusted chicken and set out for pick up. I’ve been a customer at Noodles and Co. for over 10 years and can confidently say that this will be my last time spending money here. The quality continues to decline, as does the accuracy of their orders and portion sizes. It’s ridiculous that I had to make sauce to go on my pasta (after paying for extra btw) because I was given an incomplete dish. I’ll be sure to tell everyone else that I turned into a customer as well. UPDATE: 2 months later and they still haven’t responded to me to make it right

Tierra was very nice and professional. She educated me on the rewards. And she was very upbeat and positive. The food was hot, fresh and very tasty. She even brought out my food to the table. The whole time I was greeted with a smile from her and the other staff members. I will definitely be back!

I used to really like Noodles. But their consistency has really suffered in the last few years. And why did they stop pan frying the pot stickers? I still enjoyed my food and the meatball appetizer was pretty good but they would need to make some improvements to hit five stars.

The one star is not for the quality of the food (because it won't let me do ZERO stars), but for the ineptness of their manager Gina with a "G" and Steve who i really don't know who he is. On 3/29/2021 I went to pick up lunch for 4 co-workers and myself. The total bill was just shy of $56. When I tapped my card the reader gave me the spinning circle for at least 2 minutes. The girl who rang the order went to get the manager. When she got back i'm guessing the screen went to sleepmode and she touched it to wake up the system. When she did my card reader said accepted. The two of them insisted it didn't so I inserted the chip and rang out the order. That night I saw two charges pending. Didn't worry yet. Two days later i checked the account I charged the account to and saw i was double billed for the order. It was POSTED. Went back to the store and spoke to "the manager" who introduced herself as Gina "with a G" and how she worked there forever and was there 50+ hours per week. I explained the problem. She went to the "back" and came back to tell me she could only find one charge. After talking a few minutes longer i was told by her to go to my bank to get this straightened out. I said the bank didn't charge me twice you did. I have worked, and still do, in industry that uses cash drawers so I am familiar with how to balance a till. She tells me thewent to the store at about 6pm. Gina walked out of the back room with her mask around her chin and did recognize me. We spoke about the issue and why I didn't get a call. After listening to some mumbo-jumbo she told me to file a dispute with my bank!!!!! So I did. Steve called me at some point and we went over the problem. I e-mailed the info i had to him. Never got a follow up call. 14 days later my account did get a credit. BEWARE if you dont pay cash.re was no overage for the day. So I went to the bank and they confirm two $56 charges have been paid to Noodles. They print out what i need and back I go to see Gina "with a G". I get told she will have the I.T. dept look into it and i would get a call tomorrow. I didn't...

Noodles and Company as a whole is consistently pretty great. I love pasta -- noodles of all kinds, really -- and broadly speaking, their food is very tasty.

HOWEVER.

This particular location has consistently been bizarrely stingy with everything from vegetables/add-ins to sauce. I usually order through the app, and unfortunately have to add multiple "additional" servings of vegetables that are usually supposed to already come with my meal to get anything resembling a reasonable amount (I'm comparing mostly to their Orland, Frankfort, and La Grange locations, which are all good in my experience). Sometimes even after ordering extra, I've struggled to find any of the requested vegetable in my food at all.

I also often get extra noodles so I can have two types, which they seem to be fine with fulfilling, but the last time I ordered extra sauce to cover those extra noodles, they gave me an additional small container with literally maybe a tablespoon of sauce, lol. It was like... a comically small amount that was nowhere near enough to cover the noodles. This is exceptionally shady considering it's mostly if not exclusively curbside/take-out right now, so a lot of people probably don't check the contents of each container thoroughly and miss stuff like that.

To be clear, the vegetable issue holds true regardless of whether I order extra noodles, so it's not just a needle in a haystack (or... a tomato in a pile of noodles...) type of thing, there are literally just only like two tomatoes per bowl. Once I got only one single segment of red onion after ordering extra, lmao. It's pretty egregious sometimes.

Also, bring back the garlic bread shareable, booooo. (This bit has no weight on my rating, as it may be...
