TL:DR: Kitsap JitB at night is the better option. If you order breakfast that includes egg, watch out for eggshell, it's been really bad this week. Service is good, unless you try to call to complain, then good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. Atmosphere, mostly due to attitude, is questionable
I've gotten breakfast here many times, especially through the app for the much cheaper breakfast deals.
However, quality seems questionable, the last couple of times I've gone in the past week.
On the bright side! You know the eggs are fresh!... On the downside... Should breakfast sandwiches be crunchy? I initially thought they'd just slightly overcooked the egg, earlier this week. No big, happens all the time, it was probably a one off.
Today I got my breakfast, 4 croissants and 4 breakfast jack's, and all of them were excessively crunchy. I started picking out the crunchy bits, a little concerned. Tasty egg shell in, literally, every bite.
Keep in mind. The first time this happened was at the store on Kitsap Way with the one today at Wheaton Way happening today.
Combine this with the fact that the day crew seems to have a bit of an attitude most, but certainly NOT all, the time, at both sites. Whereas the night crew on Kitsap are some of the most professional and easy going workers I've seen, even when they're getting slammed by big orders and rude customers late at night, and getting food out in a timely manner to boot.

Read moreIs it over half an hour to get my order. I originally ordered online. When I arrived at the restaurant drive-thru to pick up my order there was only one car in front of me with the $12 order which was still on the screen as I passed the kiosk. It took over 20 minutes just to advance to the window even though there was just one car in front of me with a small order. When I arrived and picked up my order I asked how long it had been sitting and I was told "not long". I checked the time stamp on the receipt and it had actually been over 15 minutes since the item was bagged. They did offer to remake the order which I picked up inside and were courteous. But I'm really not quite understanding what the holdup was, or why they weren't more conscientious about my order being fresh rather than sitting around for so long.
Inside the store as my ice was partially melted by this point I used the freestyle machine to refresh my ice and beverage. The beverage was the right color but absolutely flavorless so the machine wasn't being maintained properly to dispense an actual syrup soda mix that tasted like an actual soft drink.

Read moreI am going to say if I was a scout for a company I would have instantly tried to pouch the crew that was working tonight. There was a customer in front of me who had a complaint about an order. It was the kind of complaint that a manager or assistant manager would normally handle. I am not sure if Rebecca was an assistant manager or not. But a trainee was the first contact this customer had. Now all through this encounter the customer remained very respectful, I can easily see other customers not handling the problem so well. The trainee listen to the customers problem. Agree with the customer how frustrating the problem was. Thus then explaining to the customer that he was new on the job and to give him a sec to see what he could do to help. Rebecca came up listened to the customers problem and got the problem fixed. At this point there is already a long line of customers waiting to get there orders taken so before an onslaught of haters gets on and complain about things they aren't aware of. I wanted to give an amazing 👏 to the crew. They all were helping each other out and seemed to have great team work. This speaks highly of the one in charge tonight.
