Unity Theatre — Attraction in Brenham

Professional theatre in a small town... Wow! This is not a community theatre! The theatre itself is very comfortable, with a design that seems to afford every seat a great view. The sets for the show we saw, Tennessee William's Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, were imaginative and worked so well with the script. The lighting and sound were amazing (and the threatre does offer enhanced audio options for those with hearing problems). The performances on the stage were crisp and, well, thoroughly professional. Great experience! I saw Noises Off! and could not have been more satisfied. I did not even mind paying $27 for an individual ticket because of how terrific the show was. The theater is intimate, yet large enough to do main stage-type productions. I would definitely revisit the Unity Theater if I am ever in...
