Metro Electric Supply — Local services in Brentwood

I recently purchased lights for our new home at Metro Electric.... & I have to tell you that I love the way the General Manager (Matt G. & Laura) handled the situation with my lights.

The issue that we had was... we bought a unique wooden light made with natural wood for our kitchen and while I understand that each piece is unique with natural wood splits in them... I wasn't in love with it. So, he said, "Let me see what I can do." He then called the manufacture right in front of me to find a positive solution. The manufacture said, "Each piece can vary with the type of wood that it is made from." I then told him, "The display is the one that we feel in love with! & that I just liked it better." and he said, "I want you to be happy. How about we swap it out for the display that you like!"

I couldn't be happier with the way he handled my issue. And, I couldn't be happier with the lights that are in my kitchen.

I highly recommend Metro Electric. I'm very happy with the customer service, the outcome of my project, and total purchase experience!
