From the moment I walked in, Mali and James made me feel completely welcome. Their energy was positive, genuine, and professional — exactly what you want in a customer service experience. They greeted me with a smile and immediately offered help, without making me feel rushed or pressured. I could tell right away that they actually cared about providing a great experience.
Mali stood out with her attentiveness. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and asked the right questions to guide me without being overbearing. Her knowledge about the products and her ability to explain them in simple terms was incredibly helpful. She made sure I felt confident in what I was choosing, which made a huge difference in my overall satisfaction.
James was equally impressive. He was patient, respectful, and brought a calm, reassuring presence to the interaction. I had a few questions that required him to check on some inventory and policy details, and he did it quickly and without any frustration. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain every step of the process, so there were no surprises.

My experience today is just one of the many bad experiences i've had here. I went in to the store around 1pm today. Right off the bat I noticed there were about 8-10 people waiting for their smoothies. All of whom looked very frustrated with the wait. There were 2 ladies working, one was taking orders and the other handling the smoothies. Once there were no more orders to take the girl just walked in to the back while the other girl continued to make the smoothies...weird considering there are ALOT of people waiting for smoothies. The woman continued to make smoothies 2 at a time, all of which we're completely out of order. Then the girl making the smoothies stopped what she was doing, grabbed her smoothie and just WALKED OUT.... One lady waited 40 minutes for 1 smoothie which the girl had placed in the freezer... another man had an online order and waited 40 mins and when he asked about is smoothie they said they're not supposed to be taking online orders... I waited for 30 minutes for a 20 oz smoothie. When I got my smoothie the girl clearly forgot to add the peanut butter I paid extra for. She says she added it, however I get this smoothie all too often and I can assure you there was no peanut butter. Not to mention, while we all waited 30-40 minutes for our smoothie, a young girl ordered her smoothie and received it within 5 minutes. This was an INCREDIBLY frustrating experience for everyone. Read moreSmoothie King - Brentwood, TN 3/25 at 8:42pm - Location closes at 9pm. Upon arriving the door was locked with two employees inside (two ladies one of short and one of tall stature). I then called and the shorter employee (as pictured) answered the phone. I proceeded to ask for corporates number and was told she did not know. I then expressed even an email address would suffice, and I was then told again she did not know and that I would have to come back in the morning. I proceeded to ask if I could speak to the manager working tonight, and was told there wasn’t one working. My next question was who might the manager be who would be working in the morning, and as if I were listening to a broken record I received the same answer “I do not know, you’ll have to come back in the morning. (then sarcastically) Have a nice night” and as if she were not worried about any type of reprimand or consequences she hung up on me. These are the individuals who provided such a horrible and rude customer service experience at this smoothie king location. The ease and pleasure they took in not doing their job tonight with me, I can only imagine how many others they have so rudely treated. I would still like to speak to corporate and would appreciate someone at the location to call and apologize for their staffs lack of customer service and common decency.
