I arrived at the store looking for a Colombia Omni Lite Jacket. However, the store did not have the jacket I wanted.
My attention was then drawn to a nice green UA jacket, that was hung in the wrong section. I took the jacket to the customer service desk and asked Ms. Lorraine, if there were any different sizes or colors. She immediately paged an associate to help me, she located the correct size in the computer.
The associate Kim arrived and Ms. Lorraine explained to her, I needed a different size and possibly another color. Please keep in mind, it's Sunday morning and the store is not busy by no means.
The associate Kim immediately starting pointing to wear the jacket my be located in the store. I gave her a curious look and she then went to a display rack and found the right size jacket, still not in the desired color. I asked about the other color and she said, "The store normally sales out if that color fast." She then handed me the jacket and walked away. I had to find her and ask where's was the nearest mirror. She advised it would be in the dressing room.
Now, I wrongly assumed Kim would be looking for the other color, while I tried on the jacket. Nope, when I returned from the dressing room, she was gone.
I returned to the customer service counter and again spoke with Ms. Lorraine. She did an additional computer check and found the color I wanted was not is the store. That's something Kim could have done instead of just walking away.
I then walked to the check-out Lane and was met by Ms. Melodie. She was polite and respectful, while I checked out.
Now, Kim was never disrespectful or aggressively impolite. However, she was discourteous with her customer service bordering on being curt. This interaction was in stark contrast to the service giving by the other employees.
Lastly, The jacket was on clearance for 45% off, so I still purchased it.

When I walked up to the line, there was two people ahead of me, and they immediately opened up another checkout line. It was a very speedy process checking out, and I had a notebook I had found it was a little dirty, a little worse for wear, but it said Virgo on it and I asked if I could get a discount because of the problems and stuff on it and she said absolutely and I got it for 75% off. They have good clothing brands for a good price and they are nice courteous, professional, everything you want when dealing with a clothing store.
