Five Guys — Restaurant in Bridgeton

We live in the nieghborhood, me and my husband came to drop by the place, for the first time. At first we were excited to see free roasted peanuts, as you get inside, a bag was given to my husband, was excited to fill in the bag, however, when we started eating, the nuts were old, spoiled tasty nuts, OMG what a peanut!! Ok, here comes the stuffs we order, the burger was fresh and delicious, but the size was like for kids, wow! nice Ok, we opened the bag, we saw lots of french fries, small pieces of french fries, some were just dumped in the paper bag, some of it placed in a cup, yes in a freakin cup... I think we got the left over lumpy, salty french fries.. what a waste of fries-- dumped in the trash bin--- Oh, by the way the sweet Iced Tea was a so-so... if only I wasn't thirsty am not going to drink it--I live in the neighborhood, and am not going to recommend this Five Guys outlet here...And before I forget, the customer service was not so great, not so motivated, dragging, just serving for the sake of --coz it's a job--

The Five Guys in North Myrtle Beach, SC so far was the best, the burger was large, fresh, with crispy hot french fries, and the best Milk shakes and tea--- Frustrated we thought we would get...

I usually go to the Five guys in creve Coeur and totally different atmosphere. From the moment I walked in the door no customer service. A worker was getting a soda and turned to go in the back and I heard him scream in coming are something like that. The manager whom I was told was Tremond was rude with no customer service and didn’t greet me but greeted the next customer that came in who he knew because he hugged her. I happened to be in the area and made the bad decision to go to this location which I wouldn’t recommend. First impression is everything. The young white guy who waited on me was professional. Burgers were cold and seasoned fries placed...

Went here to do a doordash delivery. The lady at the front said the fries for my order would take 3-4 mins, the burger was ready. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting, and several customers came in, ordered, received their food and left. The last of those customers getting the last of the fries that I had been waiting on. I asked if they were working on my order. They said it would be a few more minutes. So I left. I'm not waiting that long to do deliveries, and I'm not delivering a burger that has been sitting out at least 20 minutes, soon to be longer. I recommend all doordashers avoid here, as they obviously show no respect to...
