I will no longer go to this location as long as they have the same person there a few months ago a young lady was upset about someone coming in and mad about her order being wrong and she was calling corporate on her I listened to her whine and cry while trying to help her understand that you can’t please everyone she went on a rant for about 4 mins before I can order my smoothie to get to the window and she continues to cry I was patient with her and to turn around and give me the wrong smoothie. I also went yesterday waited a few mins no one ever greeted me I have a hoarse voice from being sick and she act as if it was funny it was her another young lady she never gave me my total I drive up to the window no greeting at the window and she lied saying she was helping a customer in stores when it was clearly no one in there just her and another worker she grabs my card without telling me a price and hands it back with no thank you or nothing it took 5 mins before I got my smoothie and once again for me to get the wrong smoothie the girl has curly hair and she has the worst customer service ever she doesn’t need to be working at any place of business if she has no customer service at all she legit don’t care and when you ask for a sup or manager she always say they not here and she’s the only one there and when I first went there and she had a melt down I felt bad for her and wanted to help her but NO get her up outta there owners of smoothie king and not to mention she made me late to work when I know I had enough time to grab smoothie king and make it I’ll be going to Maryland heights for now on and it’s sad cause I literally stay 4 mins away from...
Read moreWent into the store a little before 11:00am. With the store still in disarray (supposedly open at 8:30 according to their online hours). Chairs still up and they are still working on setting up their stations. Waiting about 10 minutes before I could even place my order for two smoothies. When I got back to the office my coworker and I began drinking out smoothies when we started getting plastic bits coming up through the straw. It was blended into the drink!! Absolutely disgusting. I tried to call the number online but it is out of service so I had to take time out of work again to drive back to the store. Walked in and was greeted unfriendly, no welcome to smoothie king, nothing but a question "do you have an online order". I said no I have a problem with my order, there are plastic bits in the smoothies. They said "well what do you want" to which I replied I would like a refund and a remake. Due the the time I have had to take to drive back here and the seriousness and disgustingness, didnt think it was an unreasonable ask. They flat our refused and said we dont do that here its either a refund or a remake "theres no point in doing both". I asked to speak with a manager in charge and there was not one there. I said ok I'm not ordering a bowl. Duke replied back well my blender just "exploded" if you want to wait I have to clean this up. I said that's fine. Leaving the mic on I can hear broken glass being swept up which was another red flag I should of left. He finally takes my order which was a 44oz chocolate peanut power smoothie. No modifications or anything just straight off the menu. I have absolutely no idea what was actually put in the blender but I can guarantee several ingredients were missing. The flavor and consistency was so bad I thru it away. Tasted like chalky ice. Trying to get the creation to pass thru a straw was near impossible as well. Duke needs to be trained on drink recipes.
