The staff was kind and friendly from the moment we walked in. More importantly, they were professional and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They explained the features and benefits without pushing you into anything and truly wanted to understand our needs. They also don't try and hide the high cost of their product. Instead, they helped us see the value. We looked at Lovesac a few years back and it just wasn't in our budget. So, we ended up with a Bob's sofa and love-seat. Now it's old and outdated and starting to come apart. We decided to look at Lovesac again and in less than an hour we made our decision and left happy customers. Joseph was very patient with us as we came in a little before closing. He even made some phone calls to ensure we got the best possible deal. Highly recommend the brand an this location in particular!

...And just my $0.02...Yes, it seems like a lot of money for a "couch". However, it's much more than that. With the set we purchase it could be a number of things. Our current set can one be one thing. Also, the fact that the covers can be washed is a huge plus as we have pets. And if you ever get tired of the covers you have, you can just purchase new covers and the couch is now brand new and back in style. Another huge plus is how easy it is to assemble and disassemble. We could barley fit our current set in the front door the last time we moved. It required three people, removing the feet and a lot of cursing. I'm now looking forward to our next move as the entire could and just be taken apart and carried out/in...

Robert spent hours with my husband and I to pick the right combination of sactional that would work for us. He recommended certain covers that would do better with kids and pets. I like this store because they were not pressuring you to buy buy buy, instead they educated you on the product so you can know it’s worth to make that decision yourself. Lovesac products are pricey, but it’s worth it. I’m done buying couches that only last me 5 years. I found my forever couch. Also, I love the texting feature and love how everyone is always so helpful. Amanda was also very nice to communicate with. I bought the most expensive couch with the surround system built in the stealth system. Unfortunately it is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever witnessed it continually disconnects in which case I have to undo all of the couch pillows and flip it over and then get to the subwoofer to repair it this happens constantly And is an extreme inconvenience. The other frustrating thing is the actual app itself is garbage. It does not work well constantly have to be repaired. It’s just a very very bad overall system and it’s not cheap. I would highly recommend not purchasing the surroundsound system! This stealth tech is absolute...
