First off I purchased something for in-store pick up, waited for all the updated emails to come and finally I get the one saying it's ready to come get it. So I go and Deb, I assume the manager because she seemed like the rudest, most pushy woman ever ( doubtful she'd still be working there if she wasn't in charge ) told me to return it and purchase it again from her so she would get the credit, I said no I just wanted to pick it up because I was alerted that it was ready, and did not want to do her little idea. Her response was " well it's not ready so can you go shop around somewhere so we can wrap it and come back in about an hour. I said I had work and was alerted that it was ready to which she responded I marked it ready but it's not. I'll do it now. I then had to wait twenty five minutes for them to wrap it.
