Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Bridgewater Township

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a great place! I love the mango diamond slush! Usually there are tons of people working and the long lines love very quickly. The place is kind of small there are a few tables at the end of the shop. But it’s located inside of the mall so I wouldn’t be surprised. The service is usually always good. Except for one time when we went to go get boba. The li e was extremely long but we expected it to die down. But it didn’t we were thee for 15ish minutes jury standing and waiting! Once it finally came to our order we still had to wait for the drinks to be ready! It took an even longer time! There were only 2 people working and one of the girls were new so it took a long time. The person who was supposed to be helping the new girl kept on disappearing and was barely helping!!! When the drink was finally ready the girl who called the drink was so quiet we could barely even hear her!! We spent about. 30 minutes standing and waiting for our drinks to be ready. Hi, the mango with boba used to be delicious until a few months ago, very icy and tasteless, Why the change? . Seems like more ice and sugar with mango color. When you are placing orders, you get to add 1, 2 or 3 spoons of boba, but you end up getting ripped off! I bought and always buy small with 2 spoons of boba in it. The girl and all of them that works there will put in 1 spoon and just a tiny bit on the other spoons. The other day I told her that I bought 2 spoons, she was like yeh 2 was entered and it was not because I was there watching her. One of the other girls basically told me after that that if we add the 2 spoons then you are getting less drinks. Well, that is why I paid for 2 spoons, my husband even bought a medium the other day with 3 spoons of boba and was given 2 spoons and itsy bit on the other spoon. We buy a lot of drinks from here.. What a waste of my money and rip off, NEVER going back there! They never have a friendly welcome or smile on their faces :/ - time to look for new...

I love this place, last time I went my mango slush tasted a little different, so I went and spoke to this person very politely and told her “I can feel the ice in my drink, it even tasted more like water than mango” she literally snatched the drink out of my hand and THROWED IT INTO THE TRASH AND SAID with a lot of attitude. “Water and Ice” and she turned around, people stared at me, what a shameful moment. After all, I have been a customer of this place for years, my family shops there all the time, I feel like they should train people better. I see that I'm not the only person that has make a review about “attitude” She was the oldest woman of Asian origin.
