There was one exceptionally good item we ordered (dessert - triple berry opera cake) very good! Overall pretty disappointing. For the cost it should have been much tastier and better quality. Deviled egg starter costs $8 and is 3 pieces(1.5 eggs) which would have been okay if they tested phenomenal, but instead were very bland.... The fried green bean starter - lots of breading and the sauce just tasted like mayo with chipotle added. Garlic fries were good and served in very cool way - a cute metal faux frying basket! - Sorry didn't take a picture. Ordered one cocktail - think it was called agave lemon sparkler.... wasn't hugely impressed with the taste but did have a reasonable amount of alcohol content in it. Won't be returning here, unless it's very dessert and a cocktail.

We were not expecting to be eating dinner in San Francisco but I was so grateful our hotel had a restaurant in it! I had my 4 kids with me and had not eaten in 14 hours and had been up for almost 20. The service was wonderful, our waiter was so kind and thoughtful, offering things not technically on the menu so my kids would actually eat. We all started to get tired halfway thru the meal and he offered to bring us boxes to take back up to our rooms.

Amazing service, disgusting food. Service was top notch, food was disgusting. I had the fish and chips and the "cod" fillets were mushy and oily, disgusting. Fries were soaked in oil. Awful, awful food, avoid. Great service though, they were really nice and friendly, only reason for not leaving a 1 star to this place.

Decent Hotel quality food, albeit somewhat overpriced (just under $30.00 for a bacon and cheese hamburger from sysco). And beer prices were quite high (which is usual for mid to high end hotels in the US).

service was reasonably fast, but waitstaff were not particularly good or friendly. A gentleman who I assume was the "manager" was not particularly helpful while saying he was sorry over and over again when complaints arose about the restaurant not being able to split checks (it is 2024 afterall).

The Extra "facility fee" is bogus, and built in gratuity for large groups (we were 8) was also not communicated prior to service... nobody is reading the fine print on the back of your menu after a 12...

The margherita flatbread is most likely the best food out of the whole menu. The chicken pesto sandwich is pre-made with the chicken most likely microwaved. The fish & chips are also pre-made and you can feel cold spots. The fries are good but some of them are either cold on the tips or just hard. Back to the sandwich it has amazing sauce but when you pick it up it drips out all the sauce with water. The waiters are amazing they have a great attitude and come by to refill water.

Overall you should only visit this restaurant if you're not in the mood for chips or any food that's bought in the store and if you're hungry because the amount of food they give you is crazy especially for...
