THAT MAKES IT SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND AWKWARD AND EVERYONE TURNS TO STARE AT THE CUSTOMER WHO DARES TO TRY TO SHOP AT 8:15PM WHEN THEY CLOSE IN 45 MINUTES. THEY ALSO WILL NOT DO A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF IT IS PAST 8PM. I WAS TOLD TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY ON TWO OCCASIONS. THE SEPHORA CASHIERS ARE EVEN WORSE. THEY COUNT THEIR DRAWER AND REFUSE TO HELP YOU WHEN IT HITS 8:40PM. OR THEY WILL SAY NO CASH PURCHASES. EVERY TIME I COME HERE THESE THINGS HAPPEN TO ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE STORE MANAGER IS ALLOWING THIS. ITS BEEN HAPPENING FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. MAKES YOU NOT EVEN WANT TO SHOP HERE!! I STARTED BUYING ALL MY ITEMS AT TARGET WHERE I FEEL WELCOME FROM OPEN TO CLOSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. THE CASHIERS ALSO PUSH TOO HARD TO MAKE YOU OPEN A HIGH INTEREST KOHLS CARD. YOU GET PERCENTAGE OFF IF YOU GET APPROVED ONLY WHICH MOST DO NOT GET INSTANTLY APPROVED. MOST PEOPLE ARE DENIED OR IT TAKES 10 DAYS FOR A DECISION TO BE MADE SO LISTEN CAREFULLY WHEN THEY SPEAK. Read moreI am seriously disappointed in the check out process. The girl was to busy horsing around with other co workers. From throwing hangers, talking and laughing and carrying on like I and my daughter and my $500.00 plus transaction didn't matter. She didn't offer a me chance to apply for the Kohl's credit card. When tried to use my Kohl's rewards she told me I couldn't and processed to talk to me like I was 5years old. When I tried to respond to her or talk to her, her other 2 co workers were busy talking and laughing so loudly she couldn't hear me. So I had to YELL over her co workers that were by her register. Then she said, what I can't hear you! So I stood there waiting until the other 2 co workers left. She did not like that. But I was tired of having to yell at her just to respond to her question. Plus, I bought my daughter a necklace earrings set, regular price $50.00, on sale for $19.99, UPC 798676412080. Someone placed tape on the back of the necklace so it appeared to be OKAY. Read moreWorst Service of my life! I had gone in to make some Amazon returns that part went great! They even gave me some coupons!! I decided to go into Sephora one of the associates was great! Said hello offered help. The one that checked us out was the WORST!! you could tell she was not happy to help us out. When I went to pay I gave her the coupon that I had just gotten she did not even scan it. She looked at it and ripped it up!! I asked her if it works with my order and she said no because my items were on clearance I said no I had one of them that was not, and she said well no, I did not work. I was very angry because she did not even take the time to try it!! so I asked for my coupon back when she noticed that she had ripped it up she had to give me another one!!
