I will be treating this review as sort of a daily account since I have been here for 3 hours.
Hour 1 I am currently standing in this Kay Jewelers waiting for them to find my wifeâs engagement ring that they fixed. They have drug their feet for the past 30 minutes on trying to find it. They have helped 4 people that came in after me and have yet to apologize for their mishap.
Hour 2 They have helped more people and finally came over and apologized to me. They said I could leave and they would call me but I know if I left they would just look for my ring whenever they got the chance and not make it a top priority so I stayed.
Hour 3 I have gotten in touch with the online customer service and they said that they would call them and see what was going on. I heard the lady pick up the phone and apologize fervently to the customer service lady who I had gotten in touch with. The online customer service representative then got in touch with me and told me that itâs ok if I left because the online service team would watch cameras and find it for me. Why the online service team was doing that and not the in store employees is beyond me. I then leave the store. 5 minutes after I leave the store it turns out that my ring has slipped down between the drawer and the floor. The lady apologizes for the mishap and doesnât offer me any compensation for my time that I spent in the store. I was not rude, I was not misunderstanding, I was not bothersome to other customers and I am not rewarded for my time or actions. Funny thing is that another lady came in and had the same problem as me and they couldnât find her jewelry because they put in the wrong name. Terrible experience I will not be back and I wouldnât advise coming...
   Read moreExtremely disappointed. I was ignored soon as I walked through the door. Only one other customer in the store. Two sales ladies. One was assisting the other customer. The other I have no idea what she was doing. She walked past me twice. Never even said hello, never asked if I needed any help, never even said I will be with you in a moment. So after being ignored, I looked at her and said I guess you're not looking to make a sale today? She still completely ignored me!! Never answering the question or letting me know she would be with me shortly. Rude!!! I walked out the door and went to Zales. As soon as I walked through the door at Zales, I was greeted immediately and found what I was looking for. So if you're looking for great customer service, friendly staff, and someone to go above and beyond for their customers, I would recommend...
   Read moreI wanted to give ZERO stars. My husband took his watch to Kay's for a battery replacement. This was the first replacement battery since he has only had it for around a year. The girl took his watch and brought it back saying that her tool was too big. So my husband went to a recommended place who informed him that 3 out of the 4 screws were stripped. Since Kay's was the only place that touched his watch prior to this, they stripped the screws. My husband asked if they could repair the damage. The response was yes. It would have to be sent to their repair site. It would take 6-8 weeks and cost around $100. So he would have to pay for the damage they did with no guarantee of a repair. Steer clear...
