Really hate to leave a bad review because I want to like this place so bad but honestly they need some feedback. Today I placed my order at 11:04am online for pickup. I arrived at 11:20 and the poor girl working alone hadn't seen the order yet since it failed to print out. Whatever I'm in a hurry but that's fine I guess. What I don't understand is this is a breakfast/lunch place, why do you open at 11? Then have one employee doing everything? I've been employed by similar businesses and you need at least two people to work and take orders. I witnessed a family come in and leave while she was making my order which was incorrect the first time, I should have just asked for a refund here I would have been happier. The smoothies aren't smooth & the toast isn't toast, you have to toast it first. I've had chunks of banana in every smoothie I've had from here. Wow, I mean wow. I’ve been waiting for a smoothie place around here & this is it! The staff was beyond friendly. Friendly doesn’t even begin to describe the staff. The first woman we met really took the time to describe the menu to us and the two other employees who were there also were so kind.
