As i was walking in, i heard at least 3 different customers coming out furious, saying they will never be bsvk & that its a zoo whete no one knows abuthing! Prices incorrect & not specified correctly! I'll have to make another trip tomorrow to get it fixed! Shirts $5, but at register $7 each & when I asked I was told solid are the $5, well sign only says $5. I did ask an associate a question about the prices & she said she didn't know but at register it will tell me. I layed the item back down immediately. After my disappointing experience this evening & the fact that ill have to make another 25 min drive back, easting my gas & time, I'm not happy, at all! If someone asked me if they sgoould go, I'd probably tell them No. I now fully understand all the frustration & anger from the customers I heard & who spoke to me in line. I'm very disappointed, I've shopped Old Navy for over 20 yrs! Come on, get it...
Read moreI love this Old Navy. Helpful staff. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for Sales Associate Jeremy. Avoid getting his as your cashier at all costs. He left an item out of my bag, which luckily I was able to go back the next day and a manager took care of that. But he also pushed me let him place an online order for me. After cussing the mobile device and literally punching it, he ended up ordering me THE WRONG THING and I had to call customer service to change the mistake that HE MADE! Not only is he not very good at his job, but he is boastful and unprofessional. He kept saying “you’re standing in front of a Vogue model” and “I texted my manager... Vogue...” VERY unprofessional. He really made me mad and I will be telling all my friends about him too. Not the face old navy should have. I love Old Navy at the Pinnacle but Jeremy is not their strongest asset and I will not be dealing...
Read moreOld Navy was once a reasonable place to buy clothing for children. And now? I'm wondering what happened! It will be a cold day before a buy a pair of their jeans for a little girl that cost $35-$40! 2 years ago the same jeans jeans were $10 during back to school. If they were good enough quality, I could understand, but they do well to last through 1 school year. And they think their tops for kids are somehow high end fashion? They are $20 when not on sale. I'm just not paying that for childrens clothing that is used for school and play. Something that doesn't wash up well, and is halfway ripped to shreds! There are better places. All children need a school uniform! I'm a firm believer in this. Old Navy is a good example of why....
