I'm sorry that the previous reviewer wasn't happy with her experience, and while I'm sure English isn't her native language, it is clearly stated in the store, albeit in English, that there are no returns.

As for my experience at the store, I couldn't be happier. I never go looking for a specific item, but go at least weekly, sometimes twice, and find the most wonderful bargains. At their prices, I can afford to buy gifts for people I know and love. With my limited budget, it's something that I'm not often able to do.

I'd suggest that you ask to be on their email list when you get there so that when they have a 50% off day, and that happens a couple of times a month, you'll be notified. The message that you'll receive will state that after you spend $10 on goods that are half off, you are eligible for $15 of regularly priced clothing. How many stores can you say...

First time ever visited this location and it was horrible. I will not return. The cashier was new and I was told by the manager that the cashier was in training - after I waitied 10 minutes for the manager to come and assist the newby. I asked the manager who was training him because the cashier was working by himself. And this manager had the audacity to give me an attitude and told me I was rude - as he's walking away from me, involving other customers. His behavior was unprofessional and truly unnecessary. I went there today—Tuesday, May 6, 2025–to just go thrifting. I’m new at thrifting and this was actually a lot of fun. I will say there aren’t a lot of crazy great options but nonetheless I found a lot of good clothes. The store was clean, the employee that checked me out was kind, and there are always some sort’ve deals going on. On top of that, the store is being remodeled as well, so I’m really looking forward to seeing how it begins to look when the renovations are finished.
