I am writing to complain about what has to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever received in any business. I ordered a print job from the Staples store in Brockton, MA on Belmont Street on 8/4. The job was to be rushed. Upon arriving at the store on 8/4 in the late evening, I was told the job would not be ready. (This would set back my business project and cause unnecessary stress.) I asked the associate to have the rush fee taken off my bill. Assured that it would be, I scheduled the pickup for the following Tuesday, 8/8. On 8/8, I called the store directly and was again told the order was not ready for pickup. ( I find this to be completely ridiculous, mind you it was a simple flyer print out. In addition, the rush charge had not been removed. ) I immediately canceled the order and was told I would have a refund by a manager within 24-48 hours. As of Tuesday, 8/15/17 I still had not received an refund on my credit statement. Again, I called and spoke with Tino. Was told that he would process the refund and send a confirmation email. As of today, I have still not received an email or a refund on my credit card statement. I called the store again and was now told that I would have to come in the store because of my credit card to receive my refund. I am a small business owner and this entire situation has been a HUGE inconvenience to me and my business. I have ordered many print jobs for my business at Staples over the years. Put in the WRONG information then when I ask for confirmation of what I asked to be done she told me she asked me this. NO MA'AM I specifically asked to have my items shipped to UPS in FL . You proceeded to cut me off and put the information on my ID. She needs to take accountability for her impatience and listen to what is needed, instead of blaming a paying customer who asks questions to make sure we are both on the same page. After telling her the information she used was wrong she just decided to cancel everything because she "doesn't have time". But was OK wasting my time.
The yoing lady with the name tag WEST on the otherhand was a delight to work with. She processed everything correctly...

Meanwhile the managers are just standing at the door greating people, never doing anything. Every time I come in here itâs the same. Managers just standing around. In fact I had a problem printing and directly asked the manager for help. He just told the staff to do it. The staff was already assiting two other people. Clearly he didnât know how to do it. Watch the managers next time you go in. You will tell them apart, they pretending to be busy or standing there or just telling people what to do.
