The UPS Store — Local services in Brookings Township

Best in Brookings, easily. I am not sure what bath salts these other reviewers are on, but I've been going here for over 2 years and the staff is always helpful and courteous, going out of their way to accommodate my needs. I've been in the store countless times and never seen any other customers leave unsatisfied. I am not even remotely a "rich" person, nor do I think the staff acts like "millionaires and billionaires". If I had to guess, it seems to me like people get upset when they realize it isn't $5 to have 1000 full color posters printed or that the 75lbs of books you want to send overnight isn't $10. Worst! attitude by the staff I have had ever seen in a business throughout my entire life was from The UPS store Brookings. People working there act like they are millionaires and Billionaires lmao! looks like the owner takes care of the staff there with big bucks like the way she makes easily by fooling college kids. I have been to this location twice and the name of the girl who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag but my receipt says Elizabeth. She has helped me both times and both times it seems she has an attitude and is short when speaking with me and the other customers she has helped when I’ve been in.
