I just had a very disappointing experience here this evening. We told our server when we ordered that we had a couple of coupons and celebrating two birthdays. When I went to pay, I told the individual that I had a couple of coupons to use. As he processed the transaction, he scanned one coupon and then tried the other. After some difficulty, he stated that we could only use one coupon per ticket. I asked him to split the ticket instead since we had several people in our group. After a further delay, he stated he couldn't split the ticket since he already ran it through. He also stated that the coupon says only one per ticket. We showed him the coupon that stated only one per person, not per ticket. I asked to speak with a manager and he said that would be him. He said there was nothing he could do. Having worked in retail for a number of years, I have never seen a system that corrections could not be made. It seemed to me that this manager just didn't know what he was doing. Read moreWaitress brought some of our food. She forgot our silverware so went to get it. No big deal. She came back and brought just napkins we never asked for. So she had to leave and get our silverware. She never came back to our table again. She forgot my muffin and my husband's toast. Never came to our table so we could tell her. We sat almost a hour and nothing not even our bill. So we got up and went to the check out. No one would pay us no attention. We could of easily left w/o paying. Finally someone came and asked what we wanted. I told them we want our bill and to subtract the muffin l Never received or give it to go. She then said l'll bag it for you. Paid our bill and l stood and waited for the muffin. She then asked what wanted and l said the muffin. Seriously! She went and got it finally. Worst experience...
Read moreWell I heard the rumors around town that Perkins new management and that the quality of food had gone down. So I had to come in and try it for myself and I will have to say that I am disappointed that it has. I feel sorry for the waiters and waitresses because they are on the front line of managements mistakes. I wish never fired the old manager Ryan. He was always super attentive and out meeting and greeting with everyone and making sure thing were tip top. The service from the waiters and waitresses is always amazing every time I come in there but honestly you guys should take a chance to look at your management and change it up because there running the food and moral down. It doesn't have that welcoming vibe like it used to.. So sad I won't be returning till I hear...
