Solid quality food that's worth the price, but can be a great value once you know what you like. It fits nicely as a step above the Taco Bell's and John's of the area. You generally pay more, but get better quality ingredients and nothing is greasier than it need to be. It also has come freestyle machines if non-standard flavors or sweeteners are your thing.
Because you in can choose your ingredients it also let's you be really specific with what you want and want to avoid in your order. Once you figure out what you like off their menu it becomes a really hard value to beat, especially if what you get splits into 2 moderate sized meals.
The only knock against it is that there is some variable in quality of tortilla chips and staff training.
Sometimes you get these delicious chips that you could eat on their own, sometimes they're over or under salted, and if you go just before closing there's a chance you'll get a few chips in a bag that are close to being stale. Similarly you if you order the same thing on different shift you may get different amounts of ingredients as you go down the line. I've always been able to ask for more or less of something with no problem from staff. But, expect 5-10% of the time a staff member may give you more or less of an ingredient than you got the first time you ever...
Read moreWe where visiting and passing through when we stopped at this location for supper. The place was disgusting and full of teens being extremely loud. As we where ordering our food the server was absolutely rude to us and pointed at my daughter saying she's the reason he was running behind as a bunch of collage kids almost pushed me out of the way, I'm guessing his friends 😡 after embarrassing my daughter and calling my hubby fat cause he ordered a big burrito, they couldn't even wrap any of the burritos properly, he preceded to give me cross contaminated food and yelled at me when I asked for a Chipotle sauce that our Qdoba in Watertown has, saying they would never serve there competitions sauce...... what competition??!! You guys have terrible service, work ethic and the store was disgusting and smelled terrible and they hardly had anything stocked. The only kind Chalula sauce they had was green but where's the original?? Hardly and lids or straws.. compared to Watertowns Qdoba, this was an absolute failure from your workers who don't care and are benefits for their collage friends......
Read moreTo be honest, this place is kind of a wild card. Sometimes my food is spot-on and perfect, other times it has this weird flavor I can't describe. It's not bad, but it's definitely different. Nevertheless, the ingredients are always fresh and clean. Employees are quick and efficient. They are also very generous with the chips, so that's nice. However, I have had multiple visits where a certain add-on or salsa I wanted was gone, which was disappointing but I understand the stock reasons due to COVID, demand, and other factors. Overall, this Qdoba is a satisfactory...
