Sent wife to go in today buy a rashgaurd shirt for pool. She was there trying on.numerous shirts.bottoms. to pick the right one . then employees. Start coming. Knocking . bothering. And wont leave her alone. She opens door to show them not stealing just trying on stuff..nrjey keep coming back. Why. Ypur not closing anytime soon..sje isnt stealing she isnt bothering them or asking for assistance. I kust.dont understand. A paying customer gets frustrated enough to almost cry because people.wont leave her alone. .really npt right at all . I told jer to just leave make no.purchase. . because pestering her for 40 mins . just leave ypur customers alone so.tjey can make a decision of what to buy. If I could ogf left a zero star you would have gotten it. Totally disrespectful. Amd she ended up buying two items...

This is a nice store which has some nice clothing. I've previously shopped and purchased here. A few days ago I was passing the store on my way to another store. I had no intention of stopping on this day as I was really just on my way somewhere else. However, there was a sign outside which stated 50% off - everything. The everything snagged me and so I went in. I found a couple shirts on clearance and just to confirm, I asked if they too were 50% off. NO, they weren't. Last time I checked, "everything" doesn't have a built in exception. I left without purchasing. Hey, Lands End, next time you put up a sign stating everything, if it isn't everything, state...

I shopped at the Christiana, DE store yesterday (Tuesday), found a dress I liked but my size was not available in store or online. The store staff (after attempting several stores) found a store with my size and worked through all of the details to have it shipped to me. I had hoped to wear this weekend and hoped to receive within four days. In less than 24 hours the dress was at my doorstep!

The staff and manager from the Christiana store as well as Mercer were more than accommodating, kind and certainly - resilient.
