I had no intention of stopping on this day as I was really just on my way somewhere else. However, there was a sign outside which stated 50% off - everything. The everything snagged me and so I went in. I found a couple shirts on clearance and just to confirm, I asked if they too were 50% off. NO, they weren't. The store staff (after attempting several stores) found a store with my size and worked through all of the details to have it shipped to me. I had hoped to wear this weekend and hoped to receive within four days. In less than 24 hours the dress was at my doorstep!
The staff and manager from the Christiana store as well as Mercer were more than accommodating, kind and certainly - resilient.
