I have not been to this Men's Warehouse in quite sometime. I am very happy to say that the level of service is as great as it ever was. In short, Yealea and Kirk provided the best service, and were extremely knowledgeable and patient to answer all of my questions and needs. It was a very easy decision to go with Men's Warehouse for my needs. I would highly recommend this Men's Warehouse for a variety of dressing options with a very knowledgeable staff in a no pressure to purchase atmosphere. Kirk and Yealea made it a very pleasant experience to shop there.
Details: In preparation for an upcoming wedding my wife and I are attending, we visited here on 2 different occasions. Our initial visit we were browsing to get an idea of my options to wear after visiting several other stores that day for the same. We walked in and were greeted by Yealea who was the absolute best. She got the details of the event and asked all the right questions regarding location, dress code, color scheme, etc etc. She showed us various options and was very patient answering all of our questions. While I was not ready to make a decision that day, she provided so many amazing ideas to mull without any pressure to buy before making a decision. After some thought and a few days, I returned to Men's Warehouse and Kirk helped us this time. While Yealea provided us with the perfect options based on our needs the previous time, in the next few days, my options for a suit slightly changed, so we returned to Men's Warehouse with a slightly different agenda for purchasing a suit. This time Kirk was there to greet us and provide his expertise with a variety of options based on my needs for the wedding. All options he brought to us and combinations and explanation of attire level were very informative and assisted immensely when making my final decision. The onsite tailoring is just an added plus when it comes to the service and knowledge provided at the Men's Warehouse. I will DEFINITELY be returning for all my suit needs. Thank you Kirk!...

THE BACKUP: My stated goal was to find something just short of a tuxedo to wear as a guest at a "formal" wedding (as stated on the website). And I told him that I wanted something to wear with black slacks.
Al asked a few pertinent questions about my own wardrobe, style and color preferences, then took my measurements. He found and fitted me with a very stylish muted windowpane light grey and chalcoal Joseph Aboud sport jacket that seemed appropriate.
Even at the sale price ($50 OFF ticket), I thought the price was more than I wanted to spend for just a jacket, even though I'd be able to wear it again as often as I wanted.
But since I AM a RETIREE, who spends most of my time in New Balance or Asics running shoes, Sporthill, Adidas or Hind training clothes and the occasional Nike or Under Armour tee or sweatshirt, that's not very often..
[I also have a bunch of lesser known (but equally essential to my lifestyle) running and training accessories. But only the runners among us would recognize the names (and value to a runner), so why make this too long review any longer?]
Al suggested that I speak with the tuxedo rental consultant, Madison, to see if she could find a more acceptable solution.
Short story long, she had a selection of rentals that gave me the look I wanted, and the package included all of the accessories (needed and not so), at a price point slightly below that of the jacket.
I have no use for another sport jacket (at least not until it goes on the clearance rack). So to me, it matters not that the tux outfit goes back to Men's Warehouse the day after the wedding.
Thanks to Al, Madison and Men's Warehouse, I feel properly outfitted and respectfully treated. And I'll probably "love the way I look"© (couldn't...
Read moreI visited this store on two different days, and was ignored on both days. The first day was a Sunday and I understand they were busy. I stayed in the store for approximately 30 minutes browsing and trying on jackets. I received no contact, not even a "hello someone will be with shortly". The second trip was on a Tuesday, so a bit slower. Again nobody approached or addressed me as I browsed the store. I started trying on jackets again finding a suit set I was interested in. I asked someone for the dressing room location, I was pointed to them but again was not asked if I need assistance. An employee did pass by the dressing rooms and my wife requested assistance, we spoke of a shirt size. The employee did return with a shirt, a larger neck size and color was requested. My wife and I thought he went to grab one, turns out he went to assist another customer at the register and then greeted a customer walking into the store asking if they needed assistance. All the while I was standing in the dressing room door awaiting his return. After waiting for a bit I said "to hell with this", threw the pants on the floor, dressed and politely, but loudly, made it known as I was leaving the store that on two visits I was ignored and others who arrived after me were receiving assistance". Only after I was headed back to the dressing room to make sure I had all of my personal items did someone actually have the nerve to ask if I needed assistance. Too little, too late!! Later that evening I went to the location on Concord Pike where Vincent was very attentive and professional. He assisted with sizing, style recommendations and alteration markings. The only recommendation I would make for the Christiana store is, stay way and go see Vincent at the...
