Bad attitudes and need more training.
Thank you for your response. I would like to provide a detailed description of my ordering experience to help you make better judgments and improvements.
After I ordered my drink, the cashier did not ask about the ice or sweetness level. Later, I realized that I don't like my drinks too sweet, so I asked the cashier if it was possible to adjust the sweetness. The cashier rolled their eyes at me, looked at the freshly made drink, and disdainfully threw both the cup and the drink into the trash, saying sarcastically, "SURE." Other places I have been to that offer customizable sweetness levels usually ask in advance, so I'm not sure if this store simply doesn't ask. If that's the case, then your company culture does not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction.
Additionally, I observed the drink-making process. I ordered a black milk tea with bubbles, and I noticed that you put the powder directly into a plastic cup and then pour hot black tea into it. I'm not entirely sure about the heat resistance of your plastic cups, but wouldn't it be better to mix the drink in a metal cup and then transfer it into a plastic cup with ice?
Your drinks and bubbles are good, but the attitude of the staff left me disappointed. I am not someone who requires extremely attentive service, and I understand that working can be tough, but it truly caught me off guard. If the training you receive instructs you to immediately throw away the cup along with the drink when there's a mistake or modification, I suggest that you refrain from doing so, or at least wait until the customer has left before discarding it. And please, don't look down on...
Read moreHad been having a decent experience for a few months, but, visited yesterday, and was discriminated against because of a disability...I KNOW THAT, because, when I went to pay for my juice, I was given a look like 'Don't you know how EXPENSIVE this stuff is?' and was told, in a tone that invited NO ARGUMENT..from a TEENAGER, when I'M 53 years old, thanks very much that it was 'on the house '. I WORK, thank you very much, and, if NECESSARY, CAN get a lawyer to resolve this, as I'm not willing to not tpatronize your store
I SINCERELY HOPE you will retrain your staff to not discriminate.....I expect this job is IMPORTANT to you, and, I'm not accustomed to being treated like a train wreck by people who don't even KNOW ME.
Update..........was discriminated against AGAIN on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, at approximately 3 p.m. I was sitting at a table outside the kiosk where you're located, and, out NOWHERE, a staff member DASHED OUT, and hugged me, with a look on her face that CLEARLY said',, the poor unfortunate BRAVE to come out in PUBLIC despite being a hopeless cripple is here AGAIN. I MUST show her how HEROIC she is.'
FIRSTLY, I DON'T APPRECIATE when people violate my personal space, and SECONDLY, when I'm CLEARLY trying to pull away, word to the wise.....GET OFF OF ME , and do so QUICKLY before I exercise my right to PROSECUTE. without argument , or, giving me an excuse why you DID IT. I already UNDERSTAND what a hopeless basket case I'm supposed to be, in some of your staff's eyes..
ONCE AGAIN, I DO have legal recourse, so, I expect this to be...
Read moreI love real fruit. Their smoothies, well I should say slushes are very good. Their prices are a bit much but I guess a cup of fruit is not cheap these days. They seem to use a little less fruit than when they opened....less fruit more ice. I always get annoyed that the throw out part of what's in the blender. If I order a medium and you have another serving already mixed in the blender WHY pour it out...give the customer more or give out samples. I just hate that. Now teas I don't love, I drink a lot of bubble tea and theirs lacks any flavor. I appreciate they steep the tea to order but it doesn't seem to help the outcome. The other drinks that are smoothies and such with milk powder I don't like as much as the slush which is only fresh or frozen fruit,...
