I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Windsor store in Flatiron Crossing. After waiting nearly two hours to try on 2 dresses, we were denied the ability to make a purchase—not because of any inappropriate behavior, but because the store was so disorganized and poorly managed. There were at least four employees working(?), yet the dressing rooms were completely unmonitored, leading to chaos (as described in other reviews). When we finally used a nearby room (with no staff present), the manager became upset and refused to let us complete our purchase. Her focus seemed to be on control, not on solving the obvious issues happening in her store. Even more shocking, we watched at least five customers in line behind us leave without buying anything due to the disorganization/wait time. Losing that many sales in one afternoon should be a serious red flag for any business. In contrast, we drove to the Colorado Mills location afterward, which only had two employees, yet it was run efficiently and professionally. We found a dress and checked out within 10 minutes. It’s clear that leadership and training make all the difference. Windsor really needs to take a hard look at what’s going wrong in the Broomfield/Flatirons location and provide serious support to that team (all issues outlined in other reviews). I’d suggest learning from the success of the Colorado Mills store and making customer service a priority again. I won't be returning to the Flatirons location unless I hear things...
Read moreWe had a very disappointing experience at this location. My sister and I had been browsing for over 20 minutes, and she had about 7 items in her hands. Around 7:15 PM (the store closes at 8), she asked to use a dressing room but was denied—rudely—because they were supposedly “short-staffed.”
At the time, there were only 9 customers in the store and 2 employees: one at the register and another on the floor. One girl had been allowed into a fitting room literally one minute before my sister asked, yet my sister was told she was too late and wouldn’t be let in. Even though from our opinion, this would have been a small and quick task to just unlock the door for her.
Alexis, one of the employees, was especially unprofessional and dismissive in how she handled the situation. As a result, we ended up leaving behind at least $200 worth of merchandise.
There was no signage or announcement made about fitting rooms being closed early, and it seemed the staff was more interested in wrapping up their night than helping customers. We understand that staffing challenges happen, but the attitude and lack of communication were unacceptable.
We hope management sees this and takes steps to improve the customer service training at...
Read moreThe 2 employees working the evening of 2/11/25 had absolutely terrible attitudes and were some of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. They didn't say anything to us when we walked in, other than "ew" as we passed the register. I came up and asked them for a fitting room, and the girl huffed and rolled her eyes and stomped over like a bratty 4 year old. I told her thank you when she unlocked it for me, and she just walked away. Again, not a single word was said to me (other than the passive-aggressive mean girl "ew" as we walked by) the entire time I was in the store. I liked what I tried on but ultimately decided not to buy anything because their attitudes were so off-putting. I will never come back here if this is the kind of behavior that you deemed acceptable from...
