Staples — Local services in Brownsville

I want to say thank you and that i do appreciate her work and this goes to “VICTORIA” she was very sweet, nice, kind, and very attentive to her job! I really loved her attitude and the way of her service and help! By the way she is in the shipping and receiving area or department in the UPS Department. She helped me so much and i am greatful to her about it! The UPS staff from price road sent me to staples in pablo kisel.

I think it was destiny that i had to go to staples and find out that there is a UPS drop off service for shipping and receiving. As well a very nice staff member called VICTORIA and she was very nice and sweet :)

Went here to get a Pentel Energel Style pen. The cashier told me more pens were in aisle 15. The pen I wanted needed an associate to retrieve it, unfortunately the only associate I found was headed to lunch. She called for someone to help me and I waited for 8 minutes. No one showed up and as I was leaving I remembered we needed a SD card. I didn't want to go to another store so I checked their stock. Was there to return an item to Amazon. The two young employees traded looks to see who was going to deal with me. After 1 minute, one gave up and asked me what I needed. Only to print the label to ship item through UPS. He immediately gave me an instruction sheet for printing. I asked him to do it as I'm not good with computers. He decided to just explain and turned away. Tried to print but couldn't and then asked in a loud voice for help. The employee decided to ignore me, and the manager came and helped. Was out an extra charge on my card due to no help...
