I feel like I got scammed by this place. Me and my girlfriend went to this store to look at upgrading her phone. The salesman told us they currently have a promotion going on which was a free upgraded phone, an iPad, and a watch as long as we paid the $10 per line. The salesman told us he could give my whole family (a total of 4 of us) that promotion. It sounded too good to be true so I asked multiple times all 4 of us can get that deal and I was reassured multiple times. I upgraded, my girlfriend upgraded, and my dad upgraded. The following weekend my brother arrived at the store to get the deal we got (phone, iPad, watch). We were going forward with the upgrade when I was told he would have to pay for the phone, iPad and watch since we reached our āfinancing limitā. I was never told about this financing limit prior to upgrading the other 3 lines. It would have been about $2000 out of pocket to upgrade. I felt bad leaving the store without upgrading my brothers phone like I was promised. Even though the phones are not financed it still counts as being financed and Verizon gives us a monthly credit (basically paying for the phone monthly payment.) The part that bugs me is the salesman never mentioned anything about reaching a financing limit and should have known 4 lines would reach the limit. We are at the maximum limit Verizon offers and they would not increase our limit. We got screwed because if we wanted to return the promo devices they charge a restocking fee of $50 per device. Overall the employees were nice I just feel they were dishonest in order to make sales. They knew once we committed by the time we got to the 4th line they would have already made 3 promo sales. I feel like I got lied too and I feel bad for my brother for not being able to upgrade without forking out almost 2k. We also had some issues with the watch activations and a random watch was added to the account luckily I saw that before we were charged for it. We spent hours in there with technical difficulties. Again just feel like I was lied to and got played. We have been with Verizon for about 20 years. I guess I just expected better. If they can fix this issue I...

Months later I am still cleaning up the mess that was created by going to this store. Reps straight up lying about deals, and not even honoring their own return policy. Make sure you check your bill EVERY month because there has been a mistake every single month. I would not recommend this store to friends or family, and honestly if Verizon stands by this store, I would not recommend Verizon to anybody either. You guys are only as good as your representatives and your representatives at this store are terrible.

We traded in our phone on September 23rd with Jordan and a week later Verizon corporate contacted us telling us they hadn't recieved our device. We went back to the store to speak with someone and they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. They couldn't provide us with a tracking number for the device we turned in. It is now a month later Verizon still hasn't recieved the device we turned into them and were being billed $400 for a device we turned in to them for a new phone. Colby assured us the day we went in he would call us the next day to follow up and he never did. Now we are stuck with a bill for $400 that we are trying to resolve. These guys are doing something shady.... be aware!!! NO...
