Marketplace Emporium — Local services in Buena Park

This comment shouldn't just generalize the Emporium Market Place. But since there is no one place to put a comment for the Berry Market. I had to put it here.

So today we walk by it and wanted to buy a caramel apple. Both employees were busy with customers. Employee (A) was helping a gentleman. Employee (B) was helping a lady. Employee (B) got done with her customer. Then the gentleman with employee (A) as a question and employee needed employee (B) to help her with the question. Because employee (A) didn't know what the hell she was doing. When I asked employee (A) if I could get a caramel apple. She said she couldn't help me because she was still helping the gentleman. When employee (B) was actually helping him. And employee (A) was just standing there with her thumb up her ass. Needless to say I walked out. They lost a good sale from a season...

We go to Knottsberry and hit all the shops 6 times a year. We always find something to purchase, especially the Halloween and Christmas village items. This last trip we were looking at the Halloween village and I turned a tree to view it better. Suddenly am employee came hustling towards me yelling "maam, don't touch the display!". She then stood about 10 feet away and watched our every move. Nice way to make regular customers feel like shoplifting...

I am a Knotts Berry Farm pass holder. Manager Laura was super helpfull and went out of her way to help me by sending pictures of a product I was looking for so I didn’t drive to Buena Park for no reason and have it not be in stock. Situation was handled the exact way I had hoped it would be. I appreciate it,and good job to whom ever...
