Starbucks — Restaurant in Buena Park

If you like to drink less then average tasting coffee and paying a very high price for it then this place is for you.

Went in and ordered plain hot coffee.. was served cold coffee in a hot coffee to go cup. I told the barista that I ordered hot coffee.. once again was given cold coffee in a hot to go cup.. asked one more time.. PLEASE, I ordered hot coffee.. this was the third request for hot plain coffee.. AND once again was given cold coffee. At this point a asked to speak with the manager.. I spoke with the manager and she apologized and stated the situation would be corrected immediately.. was give a full refund and was also given a $3 gift card for a free cup of coffee on my next vist.. the manager spoke with the barista and ordered her to serve me a hot cup of plain coffee to go. The barista walked away for a few minutes and then came back and stated "I for got what your order was my apologies" so I said " A hot vanilla latte please" I figured screw you guys for all the hassle I'm going to get I nice hot flavored drink you there dime.. Cockroaches and Refusal to Serve Water

Refusal to Provide Free Potable Water I entered the café and requested a cup of potable tap water. The staff attempted to charge me $3 and some change. I clarified that I was asking for free potable water, not bottled or specialty water. The staff then informed me that, per store policy, customers must purchase an item to receive free drinking water.

I asked if buying a canned beverage would suffice, and they stated that each purchase only entitles a customer to 8 oz of free water. To receive 16 oz, customers must purchase two items.

Cockroach & Sanitation Concerns The establishment is located next to a funnel cake vendor whose customers often leave powdered sugar and jam residues on the tables in the shared outdoor dining area. These tables are not cleaned in a timely manner.

Drinks were good but espensive, but thats theme park prices for you. I asked what time they open and they told me 9:30. Their hours are on the Knotts Berry Farm website apparently. I was upset about the price of water cups, but they explained that they recently had to stick to the tiny water cup policy that Knotts has. Thats why they have to charge for the cups, not the water. They also don't take stars or rewards, which was disappointing as I really wanted to buy a cup with them. The Boysenberry flavor wasn't available here anymore here either. They told me that Starbucks cancelled the raspberry syrup they used to make it. Overall, I really appreciated their transparency with me.
