*Very POOR customer service. **Not what I wanted.

• do not tip until you make sure it’s what you want! also, because of this all the friends and family are leaving 5 star reviews because I left a 1 star over a true incident. Just know I didn’t leave this because “I just didn’t like it”, I tried to make it right. The dude was incredibly nice until I wanted a milkshake remade. It’s just ice cream. But it was a lot of money for me. But you can read what happened. Just be weary before you go here..

I got two milkshakes and 3 ice creams for my family. The ice creams were great, but both milkshakes tasted like cinnamon or pumpkin spice or something (one was cookies and cream and one was chocolate) I’m sure that’s great for some, but I just don’t like cinnamon and I only wanted a regular milkshakes. I went back and asked the dude about it and he told me he added cinnamon? There is no menu to verify this in store or online. But he seemed surprised when I said it tasted like a pumpkin spice. Idk. Anyway, I asked him to remake them without cinnamon or refund or even replace it with regular scoops of ice cream if the cinnamon was somehow unavoidable, no big deal. He said he could not refund but would remake them. I threw away the others I had in store and thanked him. He went to the back, and after coming back to the front.. he changed his mind to say that he would remake 2 but charge me one. I JUST spend $43 on ice cream with an $8 tip. So no way did I feel I should spend more on a remake. He did end up remaking ONE reluctantly after my sister went in there.. I am mind blown at how rude he was. The next one still tasted like cinnamon btw. So maybe he was being petty by adding cinnamon again or maybe the machines are dirty? Idk. He said he didn’t add cinnamon and said the ice cream tastes this way (apparently the cookies and cream and chocolate tastes the same?). Idk. This...

I recently visited this ice cream shop, Been going here since they opened. I’ve gone to the other further locations and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! This ice cream store has to be the most colorful place out of all of them !!! The moment I walked in with my family and friends I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly energy that instantly made me feel welcome. The guy working there was beyond fantastic he was kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain all the flavors, offered samples, and even gave great recommendations that did not disappoint. The ice cream itself was creamy, rich, and full of flavor you can really taste the quality in every bite. The shop was spotless and had a cheerful, cozy vibe that made the whole visit even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the product and the service are this good. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the incredible ice cream but because the guy working there truly made the experience unforgettable! I see these negative comments of this large group of family ….mind you I was in the shop when this family was coming in…. the family who commented below trying to sabotage an ice cream business just because something wasn’t made your way is so immature don’t let bitterness get the best of you . I was in the ice cream store when all of this happened as I felt sorry for the employees trying there best to follow the rules but also trying to make costumers happy. Super sad this all happened in front of my eyes and how the employees had to take rude actions from people. PEOPLE ARE MISERABLE and delusional SOMETIMES…. And these people looked miserable praying for there peace of mind . They handled it well and very professional . Anyways 10 out of 10 recommend this place !!! Best wishes and God bless you...

The ice cream was delicious. We tried three: strawberry, strawberries and cream, and superman. They also have Ferrero Rocher, Pine Nut, Gansito, raisin rum, etc. Flavors you can't easily get in other places. $5 per scoops , or $7 for two. My only complaint was lack of signage. We had to ask for prices and you have no idea of all the items they sell. We came for ice cream but saw a young man walk in and get tostilocos, which I would've been interested in, but there's no indication they sell it. The same for esquite (Mexican Street corn in a cup). No idea that they sold it as it's not advertised or pictured anywhere. Hours of operation is another thing that isn't anywhere. I asked for their closing time, and the young lady said 9:30pm.
