Great customer service inside the store. Every store associate was welcoming and friendly and helped me with what I needed.

My problem with this location is that their website does not show accurate inventory for the store. I drove all the way here to get a quality promise exchange for an item that was showing as available in store on the website, since I preferred not to wait for it to be shipped. After a 25 minute drive, I found out they did not have the item in store. Very clean store and easy to navigate, great changing spaces and a great clearance section. Employees were friendly and not pushy. I bought a T-shirt from this store two weeks ago, but the cashier forgot to remove the security tag. I had to drive over ten miles back to get it removed. The staff was unhelpful, offering no compensation beyond a quick 'sorry,' and the manager's attitude was dismissive. Disappointing...
