HIGHLY NARCISSISTIC/EGOTISTIC STAFF: I have purchased multiple original pieces from various Coach retail stores, but recently bought a bag from the Outlet. I saw on TikTok that you can walk into any Coach retail store and get your hang tag monogrammed for free. I literally saw someone get the same exact Teri shoulder bag hang tag monogrammed at their Coach RETAIL store and visited the Buford location with this knowledge. No one has ever clarified whether Outlet pieces aren’t applicable to monogramming because they NEVER had a problem with it, regardless of the state or location. After being greeted, I let the SAs know I was just here for a monogrammed tag. As soon as I set my bag down, the SA behind the monogramming machine IMMEDIATELY and RUDELY interrupted me before I could even explain myself and how I found this service. She simply said that Outlet pieces aren’t allowed to be monogrammed without me even showing her my bag. Either way, I asked to just buy a tag instead and she said I needed to make a separate purchase first. Apparently $8 hang tags aren’t allowed to be purchased individually. Then I explained that there are countless TikTok videos, Youtube videos, and Reddit posts I found that said Outlet pieces CAN be monogrammed, to which she rolled her eyes and said that maybe an Outlet store offers the service. At this point she pissed me off and I corrected her saying that no, these videos were taken at the Coach retail. Then she shrugged and said take it up with the manager but they’d give me the same answer. It’s so obvious that she has something against Outlet customers and sees them as inferior considering all it took was one glance at my purse on my shoulder to figure out whether it was original or Outlet. People like with such a disgusting attitude will soon be this Coach store’s downfall, because I’m not the only one that has an issue here. Read moreI have called this store many times to place an order and also order hangtags, First I was told they don’t want to make the hangtag as it’s too hard, then was told I don’t spend enough at coach and then was told they changed the policy and now you can only get up to three numbers or initials and one stamp by it. I asked to speak to a store manager to ask a question and not one phone call has been returned. Felicia answered the last time I called and was very polite however I am not sure of the other sales associates were having a bad day but I felt like being rushed off the phone and was told the manager will call me back. It has been three calls and left messages and not once has my call been returned. I have been polite and courteous over the phone but would like clarification from the manager herself as to what the policy is as I have been told three different things. The customer service needs some work and I have never been told in any store I have called or been to that I do not spend enough money and that should never be told to anyone. I spend a lot of money each year at the coach retail store and outlet but more in the retail and even if someone just bought a tag they should be treated with kindness and valued as a customer. Read moreI hate to give this store a one star because I had always have wonderful experiences with them. If I didn’t purchase bags online this would be the store I go to. However, today I came in asking how much would it cost me to fix my tag or even purchase a new one. The sale associate that I spoke too just kept saying no we don’t do that or that’s not something we do and each tag is made specifically for each bag. Like are you kidding me? My husband just bought the Rogue top handle In colorblock for me back in May. That’s is roughly 6 months ago and there is nothing the sale associate can do. Like I am not even asking for a free replacement. I am willing to paid for another tag but she rudely interrupted me so before I lose my cool I walked out. I forgot the manager name that work there but I felt like if he was there I wouldn’t feel like I wasn’t being heard.
