Asian Chao — Restaurant in Georgia

Just don’t even try to go to this place. Terrible experience every time I go here. I was trying not to write a review but because these terrible experiences happen all the time, this is what yall get. Oh and, before I start, the workers were ALL ASIANS, and they suffered racism to ASIANS. THE SAME RACE AS THEM. First of all, there were two people. One man, one woman. My mother and I ordered many food. One of them was Bourbon chicken. Now the problem starts here. When the woman barely got any Bourbon chicken (It wasn’t even the half of the scoop) so my mother and I were so confused. And then, a white girl behind us asked for the same Bourbon chicken, and they gave 4 handful of each scoop. So I complained about it, and all they said was “There isn’t a difference.” Like, there was a big difference. Which means that they’re rude and giving small portions to asians, the same race that they have. And very nice and giving handful of portion to American-born people. Again, don’t go to here. I would not eat at that place again in my entire life the boy that supposedly thinks he's some little Gigolo boy behind the counter it took him forever to start cooking they told him three times to start the cooking then he kept stopping and putting his arm around one of the little the little girl worker and I understand everybody likes women but the food was lousy he didn't wash his hands there was 12 people in the line standing there waiting on their food while he was fooling around so I told the manager and they look like I insulted them about his ethics in the workforce he's lucky I didn't take the whole tray and throw it in his face next time if I had to been with my friend I would have done that when I pay out my money I expect to get my food within a few minutes not 32 minutes down the road I should have really throwed the stuff right behind the counter on the boy and I wish to God that I've seen him outside I would have educated him on the work ethics so don't waste your time...

The food is mediocre and too expensive. The customer service is non-existent. Honestly you could go a few steps over to PF Changs and pay for a lunch portion and get far better treatment and quality. The way we were treated today (11/05/2022)was not very good at all...the rude women tried to charge us $7.99 for a few extra scoops of chicken...then proceeded to treat us like we did something wrong when we questioned her about the charge...she removed it but still charged us $3.99 for a small scoop...never returning...

Update: 05/20/24 I said in my last post I was never returning but against my better judgment and also the fact that I was craving something quick and greasy I went back. Things have not changed 😕 very disappointed with my purchase. And they still act like they have an issue with giving you portions that match with what they are...
