The girls at Claire's were super nice. They pierced both of my daughter's ears at once which I think was the only way she agreed to do it. They had really cute earrings and the kids just loved being there, it's so girly. They were busy but they still took the time to help my daughter get this done as quick and painless as possible. they are the best piercing shop possible they are all really kind and helpful and dont get me started on there aftercare i can talk for days about that but bottom line there aftercare is the best it is so gental and soothe for my ear my ears feel so relaxed and calm after applying it and there piercings are not that painful campare to other shops where its done with a bare needle and they have a wide varity of piercing to choose from but at the end of the day they put a smile on...

Lois at Claire's Burbank is WONDERFUL! My 6 year old has been wanting her ears pierced and we previously visited the store and watched Lois pierce a toddler's ears.
