While there is good supply it is horribly overpriced. Today my grandmother my cousin and my dad went there to buy supplies. My grandma was going to buy some stencils that were priced at $1 when she got to the register the cashier, a red head, told her they cost $5.99 now money is not the issue the issue is that the cashier was extremely rude for no reason repeatedly said that she didn't speak Spanish but found no one to translate for her she also snatched the products from my grandmothers hands and saying repeatedly "GO MOVE" when some one who could translate showed up she decided to make assumptions about my grandmothers life which is in no way in any business acceptable. I am incredibly angry at the blatant disregard for your business. The first thing you learn is respect and the fact that you clearly don't respect that of uphold the standards of a well managed business showed how poorly you're managed. I have always had good experiences at the stores and after this one I think I would rather never do anything creative again than be caught dead in your store. If I was the manager there I would make sure that that woman got fired with no letter of recommendation for her next employer because she puts your stores good name in the toilet along with all thoughts of her. I hope you all think twice before shopping here again because we may live in Trumps America but that doesn't mean we have to act like as much of a terrible racist assuming piece of trash as he is. And if the woman who did this somehow reads this I hope your actions haunt...

I told the her the yarn was supposed to be on sale and she told me it wasn't the kind I was taking. After paying I wwnt back where thw yarn was and sure enough the sign had the name of the kind I was taking. I took the sign to the lady cashier. When she saw me with the sign on my hand she smiled and said something like "you found it". I asked what was the stor policy regarding overpriced items. She asked"what do you mean?" I said that some stores give you the overpriced item for free. She said "oh, no. We don't do that" and her smile disappeared. I felt she judge me because she thought I wanted the yarn for free when in reality I was looking for some empathy... Some right-doing after the store mistake. She didn't say "we're sorry" at all. How many costumers paid full for something they saw at half price just because they trust the...
ย ย ย Read moreFirst time I've been there in quite awhile because it's a little further, than my local store, but I wanted to see if they had anything different. Boy, what a disappointment! My friend and I were approached as we were grabbing our last purchases, by the woman who was waiting at the door (Security, door person?), and told us "we are closed", we said, we're just grabbing our last items, and there are people still being checked out. She said, well we want to go home (rude!) So, we dropped half of what we were holding, and went to the registers... Guess what? Only to stand there waiting a good few minutes for the cashiers to finish ringing up the other customers. Needless to say, it wasn't a good experience, and I won't be going back. Their customer service does not compare to other stores, sadly. And you can almost never find anyone for help, unless you're being asked...
