Roknslime — Local services in Burbank

If I could give zero stars, I would. We visited this slime booth at Ventura Harbor yesterday, excited for our 4-year-old to have a fun experience. Instead, we were met with pure greed and unprofessionalism from the owner.

We paid $20 for a small container of slime, which included three tiny trinkets to mix in. Our son, like any excited child, wanted one extra tiny piece—a worthless little add-on that probably cost them pennies(pic attached). Instead of showing an ounce of kindness, the owner saw that we were struggling to keep our child calm and used that against us, insisting we pay another dollar for a minuscule extra trinket.

We paid it because we didn’t want to cause a scene or deal with our son being upset, but the entire interaction left a bad taste in our mouths. For a business that caters to children, you’d think they’d have some basic decency. Instead, they nickel-and-dimed us over something so small, after we had already paid them $20. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and customer service was beyond disappointing.

I DO NOT recommend this place. There are plenty of other places to get slime without being ripped off and treated poorly. Avoid this scammy operation...

According to my 10-year-old buddy I do the Big Brother program with, ROKNSLIME is "s-tier."

We went on a weekday after school and he was given the VIP treatment the moment we walked in the door. The staff was super friendly and walked him through all the slime making options. He chose to whip up some cloud slime and really enjoyed how much it could be customized. He had so much fun he tried talking me into doing another session when we walked by after grabbing some snacks down at the food court.

Finding ROKNSLIME in the Burbank Mall was easy. Park in the garage around back and walk across the ramp into the mall (I think there's a sign directing you to Macy's) and it will be there on the corner once you enter the main wing...

I hired roknslime for my daughter's 7th birthday and I was extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism they gave at our party. My daughter absolutely loved that they added a unique taste and figures to go with her theme "princess and the frog" . I've had parties for my daughter's and have hired many many vendors and services and by far rocknsline is my top 3 😁

No regrets. Pricing is super reasonable and what I loved is that they bring enough bowls for multiple children to do slimes at a time . They are very patient with their customers . And the slime they give lasts a very long time . Again thank you and looking forward to...
