Unfortunately I was in the area. I placed an order using a coupon (jr whopper meal for two). I'd highly recomend a review of this restaurant as not only were they uncourteous, but they were also unhelpful. The cashier told me they didn't have the small patties so she said I'd have to cancel on the app and ask for a refund there. I asked for assistance (been sitting here for 10 minutes now with no car behind me) to order something else and she said she didn't know but that she'd call her manager. The manager came, and right off the bat she seemed to be under the influence of some substance. I told her I figured out how to ask for the refund, but that the app wouldn't allow me to order again with a coupon, since I just used a coupon. She said to try and place another order at a different location. I told her I tried but I still got the same message (either way the next location is about 40 minutes away). She then said "well you're going to have to try that or wait the hour". After that I asked if she had a way to apply a coupon somehow (I figured since she was the manager) and right away she said no. I sat there for a second, then she begrudgingly said she was gonna check if she could find one. After all, she found the coupon for a regular whopper for 2 meal (my original coupon was for a whopper jr), I had to waste longer time than expected, and pay more or of pocket for something that wasn't even my fault. I'm very disappointed because I'd expect at least some sort of empathy, or an attempt to a resolution to my issue other than telling me to cancel and order somewhere else. Read moreI honestly don't how how a "Chicken Jr. Value " sandwich, add cheese, also came with mustard and pickles...did they get my order wrong? Was there a miscommunication? Honestly, both seem unlikely for an order st 11pm on a Thursday...
Also, this is not the first time this specific location had horribly messed up my order over two years, when I was clear and direct.
Mind you for this order, I ordered two burgers (non-meals) and a small fry....had I not checked before we left I would have not gotten my fries.
In the past I literally only just ordered a Chicken Jr, add cheese, and was charged and never received cheese. (I'm not a Karen, I'd just take it as is because people are human...)
This was probably my 5th strike. Honestly go to any of the Jack in the Boxs' in the surrounding area....They get it right more constantly...like 24/7.... (if I had to compare Jack in the Box rarely gets my order wrong... and in all honesty i just wanted to try something different).
I'm not a fast food eater, but I work service industry and after a long day, just wanted to eat before bed...
So again I never do these reviews, but I am DONE with Burien King Drive through.... I'll be giving Jack in the Box my business...
Read moreI live in Beacon Hill and as a treat I usually stop by this Burger King to order my usual Whopper Meal. The french fries are always hot when I get them hit or miss on my Whopper either there’s only 1 tomato not enough lettuce and ketchup which I don’t like on my sandwich. The turnover of employees at this Burger King is terrible now a days it’s hard to find good help!. The Managers are working both front counter/drive thru which puts a lot of stress on them, and at times there’s only 1 or 2 employees preparing customers orders in the kitchen. I used to manage Burger King Restaurants back in the days different times different work ethics. We always stride for Customers Service the public was a bit different much nicer/respect back then. I read pretty much what people posted on their reviews the majority complained on the lack of Customer Service on Drive Thru etc. I’ve gone though drive thru and sometimes the order board mic doesn’t work or the order taker is taking to long. Customers would appreciate if the order taker would acknowledge them let them know you’ll be right back to take their order, not leave them hanging.
