Great Dentistry practice. First the staff are all very friendly. Chrissy is a very empathetic dental assistant that always puts you at ease. She lets you know everything that will be happening to you.

Charlene always gives you full and friendly attention. If you want an estimate on the cost of dental work, she provides a complete list of everything you need to have done and breaks out the cost in easy terms.

Margaret is an excellent Dental Hygienist. She is very friendly and I never leave her chair with an achy mouth.

Last but most certainly not least is Dr. Cooper. He is a great dentist, that really ensures quality work. I like that he is fussy and is a stickler for attention to detail. If he feels something is not right, he will send it back to have it redone. He is currently rebuilding my smile and it is turning out beautiful!

We have been going to Dr. Cooper since he took over the practice from Dr. Sullivan. We wouldn’t dream of seeing any other dentist. We have a 60 mile round trip to see him.

On a weekend I had an really bad back tooth I needed taken care of and was in allot of pain. I sent a text to Charlene on a Sunday and she answered me 5 minutes later and told me she would call me on Monday when they were closed for seeing patients however she would be in the office. She was able to get me in the next morning Tuesday at 9:30AM and so I headed over from Chelan, WA to Burien, WA to see Dr. Cooper and his team. Charlene was also able to get me an apt at the Oral surgeon at 11:00AM just following the Cleaning and Xray's and went out of her way with calls and additional texts to confirm my appointments. Dr. Cooper and Chrissy took care of me from there and then I was off to the surgeon.

This is why I drive 3.5hrs for a Dentist appointment is because they care for their patients as they were family.

Visited Cooper Dental for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. I was looking for advice with a dental problem I've been dealing with for some time. Although I saw two specialists as well as my regular dentist for treatment during that time, and my main dental issues were competently addressed, none of them seemed to hear or take seriously what I was saying about this additional problem. Dr. Cooper listened. He gave my problem his full attention and took a careful history along with doing a thorough exam.
