Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Burien

Update: 4/30/23 - cashiers on this day were pleasant and because of this, I'm adding 1 more star. If the store can only stay organized and clean, 3 to 4 stars - no problem.

Update: January 2022 - there is always a lack of cashiers and the line stretches like 20 ft. if it were a straight line.

The security welcomes you as you enter, but does not say anything nice after you leave. Like come on - don't be a robot to ONLY say, "Welcome to Ross." Plus it's annoying to only hear those words.

On 1/30/22, the cashier (assoc. # 838378) coughed a handful of times while ringing my items. Really? You should be not working if you're coughing like that! This cashier did not even put in the effort to fold my clothes and was not friendly. Associate# 838378, you need extra training to provide better service and stay home if you're coughing more than 3X in every 25 seconds!

The isles have not been cleaned; everything is all over - so unorganized! Value Village is even more organized than this stores brand and location!

The security person on the day I came in (7/12/20) needed an attitude adjustment.

The store is often a mess and very unorganized. Marshalls is a lot better at keeping things in order - it's too bad there isn't one near by...

I love this Ross! This is by far the nicest Ross I've ever shopped at, and I've lived everywhere. They offer an amazing selection of Purses, Clothing for the whole family, Hat's and other Accessories, I bought a pair of Ray Bans for my son that I saw elsewhere for almost 300.00; but at this Ross they were less than 70.00! The Shoes for Men and Women are beautiful, a great perfume selection and all the kitchenware's you could want at amazing prices. I bought a set of bath rugs by Juicy Couture to die for and I paid under 20.00! I shop at this store around once a week because not only do they have amazing merchandise, the customer service makes you feel like you're a VERY valuable customer. Parking is great, especially during the weekdays. The pandemic has limited availability on some items like, toys but for the most part, if you need to feel your shopping experience could possibly remove you from this Pandemic era, this particular Ross is the place to go! I wish I could leave zero stars. I was escorted out of this location this evening being told only that I have shoplifter before. I can 100% guarantee I have NOT shoplifted at this location or any other location. I asked to speak with the manager.....of course there was no manager available. I asked when did this interaction allegedly occur......no answer. Not even a general time-frame. I asked what I stole. They have no clue. Guess why......I've never stolen. The lady swears we've spoken before. She's right we have, in the men's department and I made a comment on how badly disorganized it was. Somehow that translates into me shoplifting?!?!? What a joke. The loss isthere's, i have hard earned cash in my pocket and they will receive NONE of it. There are PLENTY of other stores that will GLADLY accept my money and provide me with much better customer service. Their giving ross a bad look at...
