When we come into this establishment it is refreshing to see Maria who instantly recognizes us as regular long-term patrons and her beaming smile greeting us and making sure that we are comfortably seated in a relaxing safe, clean and healthy stress-free environment. She makes sure that we always enjoy ourselves and that we our setup with our server for that day.

It is our pleasure to have Jessenia to be our long-term server. She is friendly, vivacious and likes people. She wants her customers to come and have a nice experience and to come back again so that she can serve them good hospitality. We appreciate her as a person and always look forward to seeing her when we dine here.

Eddie, customer service extraordinaire, who we see in all areas in the restaurant. It is a joy to see him when we dine at this establishment. He makes our food delicious, fresh, hot, sizzling, remakes it if it was not done right. He does not make excuses like alot of people/management in the hospitality industry.

He never has an attitude, he does whatever it takes to make sure that the customer's dining experience is the best from start to finish doesn't matter what area they put him in or what an employee needs his help from any area. We see him roll up his sleeves always with a smile and pitch in and get the job done!

This is the only place that we could get a table at so ended up going here and got here before and food is just mediocre this time we were sat in the back and we had a waiter and a gentleman and OMG just by the look at his face I was ready to leave the whole time he took our order he was making his ugly faces I was so unimpressed and family from out of town talks so highly about the restaurant and then we go here and he’s just making his ugly faces no matter what we tried he just looked to be having a day but we did have a woman who was attending to us also she seem to be a Buser she made up for everything the food like always was and all that the place is amazing it has big space to sit your whole family I have no problem with that but when the food came out they had messed up on anything so he just wanted to leave already wanted to eat and get on the gratuity was already added onto the bill because we were a large party so we didn’t leave anything extra due to the lousy service that we got but like I said the one lady that did help us she was really really niceShe was really really nice I wish I would’ve gotten her name she kept filling our waters and bringing us chips and attend it...

I ordered the ceviche and omg it was very very good! And surprisingly the portion was actually a lot! Usually, Ceviches are expensive and very little. But here it was perfect. Will definitely be ordering more Ceviche. It was late at night but the host was very nice and helpful and did not rush me in any way. The food was very delicious and had a good flavor to it. One of the best places I have gone so far that is a chain restaurant. There carne asada is tender and flavorful. The rice was well cooked and also flavorful. The food was very fresh and not tasting of pre made meals. I tried the chips and salsa and it was awesome. They make the chips and the salsa there. The salsa was nice and hot,yet flavorful. The salsa wasn't to hot that you couldn't enjoy the food. It was just right. The inside decor was very nice and seemed like traditional mexican theme. It was very clean and welcoming. It made you curious as to the history of the mexican culture and food. Lol definitely will be back. Will give 5 star if the food is consistent. Looking forward to come back and...
