I'm a new Mother who desperately needed a break. My Mother in Law offered to watch my daughter while I went with my sister to get a pedicure, some lunch, and a beer or two. During this time, a package was delivered to my house. Not wanting to let my dog out, my Mother in Law quickly shut the front door behind her while she went to the porch to retrieve the box. In what must have been a terrifying moment for her, she realized with my baby in her arms, she was locked out. To make matters worse, my Mother in Law didn't have shoes on, her cell phone on her, AND it was raining. She made her way in wet socks, with a scared and crying infant, to a neighbors house and called Triple A. Triple A said they don't help with home lockouts, only car lockouts, but offered to put her in touch with Seatown Locksmith.

Seatown Locksmith came within 15 minutes on a Friday and unlocked the front door so my newborn baby and Mother in Law could get safely inside and warm back up. What is even more amazing, is that they did this for FREE. They said when a child is involved, they want to do what they can to help.

I came home and had no idea any of this had happened - my door worked perfectly. You would never have known that the knob had to be completely disassembled to get my family inside safely. They did an amazing job!

I had previously gone to another locksmith, who wanted to charge $450 for the wrong service, after the automatic proximity function for unlocking my car no longer worked after someone tried to break in, and they wanted to replace the door lock cylinder. I went to Seatown to get another quote and they worked with me on problem solving to make sure it was the right diagnosis. Maurice, the owner responded immediately and quickly figured out the issue, which ended up being a much simpler fix than what I was initially quoted on. He cleaned out a part in the door lock and put it back in place so it wasn't in the "lock" status anymore, solving my issue of being able to now unlock my car hands-free again! We didn't have to replace any parts and he just charged me for 30 minutes of service time. It was such a relief and I'm so glad I went there. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for...

We scheduled an appointment with Seatown a full week out as our situation was not urgent. Their staff arrived promptly at the scheduled time, filled the order, and went above-and-beyond by opting to perform some additional quick work to help the door operate more smoothly after we had some foundation work which resulted in the door not shutting well despite that not being a part of the work order we filed with Seatown. On top of that, the service was incredibly affordable. Our family will be sticking with Seatown for our locksmith needs moving forward and will be recommending them to all of our fellow friends and neighbors here in West & Southwest...
