I’ve been in the store twice- the first time I spent over $400 and the second $200. I live over an hour away and visited because my girlfriend was sent clothes to advertise this boutique that looked super cute. The girls in the store lack customer service and friendliness. I wasn’t greeted either time I shopped nor was I offered help. When I asked questions about sizes and such, the answers I got were short and almost rude. Now- the clothing selection is super cute- the store is well put together BUT two of the sweaters I purchased (one was $42 and one $56) have come apart after the first wear. One at the hemline on the sleeve and the other across the entire neckline. Poor quality for these prices. I’d rather not make the drive out to return these items to be met with the poor customer service. ALSO, my girlfriend who shopped with me one of the times I visited, washed a dress she purchased once and it came completely apart at one side. I asked about a coworkers bell bottoms and was recommended here. I walk in and was greeted but after that the customer service was awful. I was looking around because they seriously lack stock right now so I find the bottoms I wanted and asked if there were any more and she said no. Okay then I ask if there’s a dressing room and she said yes so thank her and I return to looking And after that I’m treated like I’m about to dash with the clothes. I had picked out like two things and she’s up close to me taking the things out of my hand to put them in a dressing room.
